Robert is in a class by himself when it comes to Dumpster rentals and service. Unfortunately, for me it took me three tries to get to this reputable company. First I tried Local Dumpster 411. They gave me a contract and a drop off date then called me the day before and tried to extort an additional 150.00, saying dump fees were more than they had thought. On the better business web site, it shows they have complaints for having employed this tactic before. Then I tried Ultimate Dumpster. The driver backed up crooked and got his lug buts caught on my gate. He proceeded to gun his engine till he dug himself into a hole and he had to be towed out, pulling off my gate and breaking it and my fence. All the neighbors saw. He was there for hours but took off and never reported the damage or left the dumpster. Now I'm having to fight with Ultimate Dumpster to get my fence and gate repaired. Learn from my mistakes. Please stay away from these shady unprofessional companies and go straight to Red E Bins. Trust me you will be happy you did. Robert came and dropped off a dumpster the same day.
