I hired Jay to clean out my house/garage of a ridiculous amount of boxes and trash. You could say I was a box hoarder. Let me start by saying I rarely take the time to write a review, but in the case of Elite Junk Removal, they DESERVED my time to write an honest, positive review for the excellent job they did for me. I needed a junk removal service because I'm remodeling a home that I recently purchased and I'm doing a LOT of demoing. Here are my reasons for my positive review. 1. Robert (the owner) quoted me the best price compared to the other junk remover services that responded to my bid request to pick up/haul away the demoed flooring, materials that I'd stored in my garage. 2. Robert, kept me constantly updated on his arrival time, and arrived onsite on time as promised. 3. In less than hour Robert (with a broke hand!) and Chris had removed all the demoed flooring materials from my garage, in their hauler and on their way to the dump. 4. Prior to their leaving, Robert surprised me by sweeping up the garage, and my driveway as part of the service. 5. I was impressed by this extra effort and asked Robert if he'd be interested in assisting me with some tile demo work (entryway, masterbath, and 2nd bath), which he agreed to (at a reasonable quoted price). 6. Both Robert and Chris demoed all three locations in what seemed like record time, less than 3 hrs.
