3.5 stars. Initially would have been a five star but they damaged my wall. Accidents happen...It's more of the inconvenience of having to now have it fixed or fix it myself that is most annoying. They did take off $100 from my total price but honestly just wish it had never happened. They were quick with getting the things I needed removed (old heavy wood furniture, mattress and just stuff that I couldn't donate that was damaged). They were friendly and polite. My only complaint is the damage that was done in the process of having my mattress removed from upstairs. Two guys showed up to give me a quote for a wood desk, a big box, and some yard items. One guy said it would be 3/8 of the truck but then the other said it'll be over half the truck. He quoted $380. That was simply ridiculous. Honesty should be the motto for continued business. At least one of them didn't want to rip me off but he was quickly silenced. Be careful and get other quotes. Very unhappy with their service. Paid the drivers to take a small amount of stuff, and I did all the work and got it to the curb at my house. They only took half and then left.
