We just rented a unit after consideration of a few others. I am an individual with reserves and appreciate honest reviews to help others when choosing. First, I just entered our first months rental storage so I cannot attest to any history yet. But I can share that this facility is very well maintained, inside unit, upon entering facility from street and inside grounds. It shows that the owner cares about his facility. Michael inside the office was straight forward, could answer all our questions and what I noticed is that when we were looking to chose a unit of higher cost, he thought we could get our trailer into a smaller unit and save. The prices were lower than the surrounding area in regards to the size we needed. Michael also noted that they do not increase rent frequently once your in. This is yet to be determined, but a big plus. They also do not require you to buy insurance, and contract is very simple and direct. As a skeptical person, I would recommend this facility based off interaction with Michael, price, simple contract, facility maintenance. I actually asked Michael for their landscaper because anyone that trims all the plants along the long drive precisely as those are, is someone you want to trim your bushes! read more

The facility seems to be clean and safe. The staff not so much. Employee Mike lied through out the return of the rented space. First he pressured me to sign out the documentation to turn over the unit, even though I still had three weeks already paid for the month. Then he said that if I was not ready to sign out of the unit, I would have to come back personally when ready to return the unit, even though I told him I would be in Seattle, WA. I asked him if I could leave authorization with him to have someone else do it, and he said no. Then I asked him what about leaving a power of attorney to a friend to return the unit and he said "Is that person an attorney?". I said no. Then Mark asked me "Are you dead?", I said "of course not, I am standing right here". I also said "What are these questions have to do with a power of attorney?". First of all, the person receiving the power of attorney doesn't have to be an attorney, and second, a power of attorney are not used for dead people only. It was obvious that his intention was to have the unit as soon as possible so he could rent it again and make double rent for the same month, making me jump through hoops. The facility is one of the cleanest and best maintained I have ever seen. Starting in about 2000 I have run my business out of there. Had a large storage unit built out with shelving to the ceiling and parking spots for a truck and two trailers. The 24 hour access for businesses was invaluable. BUT WAIT ......... IT GETS BETTER: Mark & Juanita the managers and Michael the assistant manager are AWSOME! Having suffered through a couple of so / so managers in the past the current staff makes a huge difference. They put customer service at the head of the list. They are friendly and all have a common sense approach to special circumstances and requests. If they can help you out and still maintain their business interest they bend over backwards to help. If they can't they will explain the issue and work with you to find a solution. If you have looked at the facility in the past or had a bad experience in the past .... LOOK AGAIN! The owners have not changed, but the new on site management has changed, and all for the best. All About Storage is Great! My family moved to Temecula in August and needed a safe, clean storage facility that also had boat storage available. Because Michael and Nicole were over the top responsive from my first call and we liked the location and units, we chose them without looking further. They have bent over backwards to give us extended hour access, help us with a dolly, rope, etc., and beyond. Today I met someone at my unit that was looking at a refrigerator we were selling. When they pulled up to meet me there, they looked "shady". I told the potential buyers I had to run into the office for a second, told Michael I was scared, and he said "I will follow you over to the unit and stay until they go". He did just that. When the key to our unit would turn in our lock but not unlock it, he went to the office, got bolt cutters, cut the lock off, and gave me a new lock and key for the door. OMG I was blown away. So I was in need fo a place to store my car, a '67 Dodge Dart. I was specifically looking for a place that had the outside parking. So I did a lot of online research, and everything I would find was to expensive. Until I came onto Yelp, and found All About Storage. So I hit them up right away. I talked to Michael, and he was super friendly and helpful. Also recommended I store my car in a storage unit, since its such an old car it would be safer. I went in the same day, and Michaal was even nice enough to offer to stay later just in case I didnt make it before closing. Awesome!!! I went in and right away felt very welcomed. super nice poeple that work here. I was even recommended a place to take my car to, since it doesnt work well at the moment. I've had a few people give me a hard time for having chosen All About Storage when there are AT LEAST a dozen other storage facilities that are closer to my house... I chose this place based on researching and comparing available unit sizes, prices, and customer reviews...but I stuck with them based on their outstanding customer service. I mean, yes, the facility itself is nice - always clean, well secure, and easy to maneuver, even in my big ol' truck. But I personally am really big on customer service, and doing business here has been an absolute pleasure. Honestly, every time I've gone into the office (anywhere from once to 10x a month for three years), it's been a warm welcome: they're always super sweet and eager to help in any way that they can. wow, so impressed. I just went through a hectic move (i guess they all are apparently) I had rented a UHaul in Ojai CA (near Santa Barbara) had put my checkbook and some important mail in the glove box in all the sleep deprived rush left it there without realizing it....the truck was returned to Michael the manager at All About Storage and he found my things. He called me that day and is sending me my belongings and refused to let me send money back for postage because "he would hope if it happened to him that soeone would do the same". I did my research before deciding where to land and this place is hands down the best when it comes to price, location, accessibility, and customer service. I accidentally found this place and it was a GREAT thing! They are TOTALLY down to make sure to make sure that you are happy. LOWEST prices and they do not require you to get insurance. VERY Clean, safe and secure. They are flexible if you need out of hour access . Family owned. U-Haul returns and rental. THANK YOU!! They bend over backwards to make it a one stop place and ABSOLUTELY make sure you are completely taken care of. Horrible service!!! bottom line!!! The old guy with the southern accent went off on me in front of my kids cussing and screaming, would not recommend this facility to anyone, i would recommend driving around the corner to extra space storage, that is what i did, i am not sure if the older gentlemen was the owner or the manager but it is a mom and pops shop which i normally recommend to everyone but in this situation i would recommend going with a corporate layout that way they have to answer to someone! there idea of buisness is (if you dont like the way we run things piss off) read more

Michael and his team are great! Excellent customer service and they are very personable. I called in for a question over a year after moving into our unit and Michael remembered who I was. Something so small made a huge difference to me and made me feel great that we supported a business who actually cares about people. This is my first experience renting a storage unit and I am very pleased. I shopped around and this facility had the best prices. The staff on the phone was very receptive and helped me find the right size unit. The staff was just as friendly in person as they were over the phone. I was surprised at how clean the unit was and continues to be when I access it. The storage facility seems very safe with alarms on the units and a security gate. Excellent Service. Michael goes out of his way to help you with your needs. I forgot my personal car keys in the truck I rented. When I returned the office was closed and I had no way to get back to Chino, CA. I called the emergency number and Michael answered the phone, I explained to him my needs. He returned after hours to return my car keys and I was able to return home thanks to Michael. I offer him money but he stated that he was only doing his job and did not take the money. I'm glad I found this place to store at. The prices are cheaper than other storage spots in the area. When I told the employees what I was looking for, they recommended a smaller unit than I thought I needed. The staff are very knowledgeable and answered some of my questions over the phone before I came by. Now I have the perfect size for my needs. These guys are great!!! Always clean, always secure! We recently went by our storage unit (in a hurry) and left something valuable out when we closed, locked and drove away. They found it , checked their cameras, called us and had us verify what it was before they secured it for us until we got back to get it. That is honesty!
