I rented a unit online on a Sunday, completed the lease, and uploaded my driver's license--just as required. The next day, I called to get more information, and the person I spoke to (relief manager Jackie) was immediately rude and dismissive, as if I was bothering her. I explained that I live over an hour and a half away and that the office hours don't work with my job schedule, so I wouldn't be able to come in before moving my items. I asked if I could move in Monday and stop by the office on Saturday when I was finished. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, Jackie raised her voice, got condescending, and told me I was "more than welcome to go somewhere else closer to where I live." I was shocked. This is a storage facility--people often move from out of town. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and unprofessional. The next day, the manager called me, equally snarky, and told me they had reviewed the call and decided to cancel my rental and refund my money since "it just doesn't work for you." No attempt to resolve, no apology, just a very smug, condescending tone as if I was the problem for simply asking a basic question and needing flexibility. When I asked for the manager's name and the regional or corporate contact info, she refused and then hung up on me. I called another nearby location just to try to get the regional manager's contact info, and was told they'd pass along my message. I never heard back. This location clearly does not care about customer service or doing what's right. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and make it very clear they pick and choose who they want renting at their facility based on personal attitude--not policies or procedures. They will hang up on you, talk down to you, and dodge accountability if you try to escalate the issue. If this is how they treat someone before they've even moved in, imagine how they handle real problems once your stuff is inside. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. If you care about professionalism, safety, or being treated with basic human respect, rent somewhere else.

They're located off Railroad Canyon in Canyon Estates Drive. I had reserved one 10 x 10 unit for seven days. They said they may hold it longer due to the holiday happening next week. I spoke to Jasmine left my name and phone number. They will follow up with me a few days before the hold expires. We ended up not needing this unit, but the service was helpful.

Thankfully we didn't have that problem but today when cleaning out our unit, another one a couple doors down was left open and had tons of droppings!!! Beware

I clarified with the employee yesterday if they were open until 2pm and he said yes. I showed up about 1pm and the place was closed. I called the number and it forwarded me to representatives, not onsite. The first representative confirmed that due to Easter Sunday the place closed at 1pm! That infuriated me considering 1:) it's Easter Sunday and 2:) I confirmed with the guy, not once, but twice of them being open to drop off anytime before 2pm!!! As I was waiting for the representative to get a manager on the phone, the call was transferred to another representative, which forced me to have to re-explain the situation! The 2nd representative tried to assist me to drop off at an alternate location or to leave the dolly outside the gate. The representative could not confirm for me that if I left the dolly there that I would be released of any liability if it got stolen outside the gate. What customer in their right mind would leave it if they would still be held accountable for an equipment worth a couple of hundreds of dollars. At this point, I'm already furious by being in this situation and to add to it, had been on the phone for about, if not over 40 minutes just to wait and see if they can get a manager on the phone, only for them to tell me that all the managers aren't in on Sundays! Now inconvenienced to have to come back to the location the following day to return, and have to take some time off in the morning from work because I have to be at work at 8am and of course they aren't open until 8am. ABSOLUTELY AN ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!!

I have a crossover, too, so it had to be sized right. It's perfect. Caden didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and I ended up with what I think was the cheapest trailer on the lot. No hard sell. That's integrity. I was somewhat of a pain in the arse because 1) I didn't have a pin for my hitch, and they happened to be out of the smaller one I needed, and 2) I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. So I had to leave the lot twice to go to a nearby auto parts store to get the right pieces. Caden and the guy who does set-up on the lot (regrettably, I forget his name) provided stellar customer service, even though the latter was expecting a new baby any second at the time I was there. I had a great experience at The Trailer Zone. 10/10. Would recommend.
