This place is always super busy but they are very fast, most friendly which is huge compared to what I've experienced at the other locations. Just free good location especially considering how crazy the parking lot is and how busy they are! So they really should be recognized for the staff. I haven't sent anything out from here or anything like that but I've done a lot of returns which I feel like is probably a really accurate way of determining the service. Because returns can be kind of annoying especially with how many there are. They were always really nice very fast and efficient. Whereas a location in Marietta was always super rude and kind of had an attitude it was weird but would flirt with the guys so I don't know it was weird. This location was very friendly very professional and I will definitely be driving to this location in the future.

This time, i decided to mail them from the post office themself, and guess what?! They all received the invitations. I dont believe in coincidence. i believe postal annex lost my invitations. I was greeted nicely and given a warm welcome by one of the associates as I entered. After scanning all the packages they took it back and promptly gave me a receipt. This postal annex is really cute and organized. They offer many fun items for sale. On display to the right of the cash register were some mini novelty clocks. I purchased a golf themed clock for my husband for Christmas. I plan on returning and buying two more clocks: an excavator and a medical one. I was given a coupon upon purchase so I saved some money. Although this is some distance from my home I wouldn't hesitate to return here for their novelty items and exceptional customer service.

The PostalAnnex at California Oaks (Murrieta, No. 92563)…read more Murrieta, California. The wide avenues of Riverside County stretch beneath a relentless sun, where strip malls rise like modest caravanserais along the trail. Tucked into one such outpost at 40960 California Oaks Road lies PostalAnnex--a quiet emporium of shipping, printing, and the unexpected. You arrive expecting the usual postal rites: boxes, tape, the faint scent of cardboard. What you discover instead is a pleasant revelation--this unassuming annex offers LiveScan fingerprinting, a service as rare in these parts as a cool breeze in July. Convenient? Exceedingly so. Mere minutes from the highway, sparing one the pilgrimage to distant county offices or sterile government halls. The gentleman behind the counter greets you with genuine courtesy--no hurried sighs, no veiled impatience. Friendly, efficient, almost disarmingly so. The process unfolds with expeditionary grace: forms completed, fingers rolled across the glass platen, digital ghosts captured and dispatched to whatever bureaucracy awaits them. The entire affair? A brisk twelve to fifteen minutes--swift enough to feel like a minor detour on a grand journey. The store itself brims with character: shelves laden with knickknacks, gadgets, greeting cards, and the sort of eclectic inventory that invites browsing. A touch of organized chaos, the mark of a true general store reborn for the modern age. One small quibble--the scanning platen bears the faint fingerprints of previous travelers, a light film that speaks of steady use rather than neglect. Nothing, however, that a quick mist of Purell cannot remedy (bring your own, or politely request; either suffices). Service requested: LiveScan fingerprinting. Quality: swift and personable. Value: exceptional, given the rarity and proximity. In a landscape where such services are often distant or dour, this PostalAnnex stands as a welcome surprise--an oasis of convenience and cordiality. One leaves with clean records (eventually) and a lighter step. Yes. Most certainly.

I've been a paying customer at this UPS Store location for quite some time, maintaining a postage…read morebox here and expecting--at the very least--basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, every encounter with Betty, the manager at this location, is a test of patience. Betty is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems completely uninterested in providing even the most minimal level of customer service. Simple inquiries are met with condescension or eyerolls, and she often acts as though customers are inconveniencing her by simply existing. For someone in a customer-facing role, her attitude is shockingly unprofessional. It's frankly unacceptable that I, or any paying customer, should have to deal with this kind of treatment. A UPS Store should be a place where customers feel respected and supported--not belittled or brushed off. The other employees are great, and she could learn to take note. Management needs to seriously reconsider whether Betty belongs in a role that requires regular interaction with the public. There are to many other options to choose from if this is what can be expected.

Then I suddenly started having problems receiving important business mail and packages. Because it was becoming such a serious problem, I began asking senders to use tracking so I could figure out what was happening. That is when I discovered that deliveries addressed to my business were being refused at this location. When I called to address the situation, the employee I spoke with gave me different explanations -- first suggesting there was no box number, then questioning whether my name was associated with the box. Instead of simply acknowledging the issue and helping resolve it, I felt like I was being patronized and given excuses. For someone running a business, this is not a minor inconvenience. Missing and refused mail can cost thousands of dollars, damage business relationships and partnerships, and jeopardize important opportunities. I should not have to track every piece of mail just to make sure the location I am paying to receive it at is actually accepting it. After finally getting to the bottom of what has been happening, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location with my business mail. I will be changing my business address and taking my mailbox elsewhere. Very disappointing, especially after being a customer here for so long.
