The manager Dave is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. He lied to us several times and misrepresented the business. Our things were infested when picked up. I would not recommend the facility under any circumstance. read more

I have storage units here. I went to check on it. RAT DROPPINGS AND PEE ALL OVER MY BELONGINGS!!!! They're claiming it's my fault. But shouldn't they be handling the pest control from the outside. I mean that's what we're also paying for! I can't believe it. I have to throw a lot of my things away now. read more

Do NOT store your personal belongings here. I would leave negative stars if I could! Their facility is rat infested. We came to close out the unit and grab our things to finally move to our home and were welcomed with our things covered in rodent droppings; some of our things were even chewed through. I let the manager know while returning our keys and he wasn't apologetic or even seem to have cared. I wasn't asking for a refund. I was simply informing him that they have an issue. All he did was explain that they have a "program" in place for things like that. I let him know that he needs a better "program". He told me that's my opinion & then proceeded to tell me that I brought the rodents in. The guy is a complete a-hole. Doesn't care about you or your things - just about getting paid. Some manager or whoever he was. Older Caucasian guy. Proceed with caution if you have to deal with him. Also, they don't prorate you for anything if after the 10th of the month. So if you're paid through the month and want a partial refund, make sure to get your things before the 10th. read more

If you are fond of rats and rat crap all over your stuff then this is your place. I found a deal huge rat in one of my units. I told the lady I was going to be a couple weeks late, I'm starting a new job, I get paid on Thursday, and she could process the payment. She says, so would you like to make a payment today? If I get paid on Thursday, how can I make a payment today when I said to process on Thursday? I've been on auto pay for over 2 years, never late, 2 units there. Hardly went there but when I did, I used to talk to the guy and loved to see his cute dog. Today, he called me and said I have late fees and need to make a payment. Why wasn't it put back on auto payment like I told the lady we are back on schedule? I don't even know the due date as it just auto pays. My card isn't on file after over 2 years???? And want to charge me late fees? When payment should have been processed? I said it would be nice if they could waive those fees since I had rat crap all over everything, a dead rat, and had to throw out a lot of things. He offered no customer service and couldn't care less. I'm at work and didn't want to deal with his rudeness so I said just take my card number. He hung up on me! I called back and said did you hang up on me? He screamed at me saying I was cursing at him , saying rat shit when I said rat crap, sorry that's what it is but I didn't yell, I was being professional he yelled DONT CALL BACK HERE! If this is how you run a business, it's appalling! He called me back and said I can take my business somewhere else! This guy is a maniac! All those reviews about being clean is a load of crap! Rat crap in both units, spiders they run up through the top. The rats chewed up a water hose I had in there! A water hose!! Until today I even looked past this but I'm disgusted and will be removing my stuff from there. I'll have to show up with the police as he is out of control and God knows what he will do! read more

I've had storage here for over five years. It's an older storage facility with all drive-up units. You aren't going to get better value . But- storages do get dirty on the inside with dust and weather so you need to be aware of that, because this is an outdoor facility. Are there things that could improves? Yes. But if you're looking for a place to store your items and you pay your rents on time and follow the guidelines, you won't have problems. And yes it is costly if you lose your keys. read more

Stay clear of this storage business. Not sure what has happened over the past 8 years but this place went from a well run customer friendly business to what is now a "how can YOU help me" rather than how can I help you business. Just this month my rent went up $15 a month without any notice or warning. They provide keyed units but somehow don't have a master key???? Funny 4 years ago they did????? Always new employees at the front office who don't have a clue and never a manager around. Maybe a blessing though because the managers I dealt with were the laziest couple I've met Moving my things out this month to a real storage facility read more

AMAZING STORAGE FACILITY!! I did a ton of research and even though this wasn't the closest to my home, I found it most convenient because of the location. Im a Realtor and am using the storage unit to store my staging furniture. This is pretty centrally located between Lake Elsinore and Temecula and the best part about the location is that its literally 30 sec off the fwy. The hours are great and the customer service has ALWAYS EXCEEDED expectations. Everyone I've talked to there has always been so nice and quick to help no matter how bog or small my request. BEST PRICES AROUND! Highly recommend these guys. Id give more stars if i could. read more

This business doesn't practice ethical business procedures. They send no bills until you're late and then add late payment fees and bogus lien charges every month. You end up paying $80 extra per month. The management is only there on certain days and doesn't return calls. You have to remember to pay on the first each month without a bill. Plus, I never signed a contract agreeing to any of this. A contractor arranged the storage and put it in my name. It's not even my stuff. They don't do auto billing. They do everything they can to get the late fees and lien charges. Other storage places never put a lien on until you are months late on your bill. $105 per month turns to $115 then $140 and when you call to pay that bill which was mailed to you, they say NO, it's $170 due. Even when you have a letter from them stating it's $140 if paid by this day! BTW, I was told six months into this that they don't send bills. If I weren't so busy and grieving the loss of my daughter and husband, I would have paid more attention and not kept paying the bogus charges thinking I had missed a bill. I have never ever been treated by any business like this. You can see by my reviews that I rate other businesses high. If you need storage, check out other businesses and see what their policies are. Maybe they are all like this. I hope not. If they are, let's start an Ethical Storage INC. read more

Terrible place to keep your things. We had rats and rat droppings all over our stuff. Then when we checked out they expected us to clean up the rat droppings. Then charged us $37 for turning in keys a week late. We are a hard working family and it took a couple days to catch up with each other to collect both keys. After renting a storage for many years and she had to get the $37 and be rude about it. These are hard times for everyone and everyone should be kind. read more

I was afraid to talk to someone at this place, based on some of the reviews I read. Since it is the closest storage facility to me, I decided to give it a try. Lucy was very helpful, and asked the right questions to decide what size locker I needed. I got the pricing info, thanked her, and discussed the place with my Best Half. A few weeks later, I took him in to look at the facility. We decided on the size that Lucy suggested, and when we sat down to discuss the contract, the price was the same that she had quoted me a few weeks before. No hidden fees. No add-ons. Same price. The locker was clean, everything was in working order, and we are very pleased with Lucy, the facility, and the convenience of access. read more

WORST WORST HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I can't believe I keep my thing's there that long, I had a storage unit for almost 2 years. In the first 6 months, all kind of thing's were MISSING!!! Complained to DAVE, he said maybe a friend, family member got my CODE and Key! SHOULD have made a POLICE report right there and then moved OUT! We had nothing but the finest possible service renting from Bundy Canyon Super Storage for over a year. We were treated with kindness and courtesy in all aspects of the rental process. The pricing of everything was fully explained up-front and no additional undisclosed fees were ever assessed. The staff were always helpful answering any questions. There was never an issue with any aspect of our rental and they were there to help us through any issues we had moving in and out. Many thanks to Bundy Canyon Super Storage, they are truly the best you can find and the pricing is VERY reasonable! read more

I am really confused by the other ratings on this site. I have used Bundy Canyon Super Storage on two separate occasions and have had nothing but a professional and normal experiance. I am actually here to retrieve their information to use them a 3rd time and thought I would put my review in because my experience with this company was great both times and I don't expect it will be different this time around. read more

If I could give negative stars on this place, I would. After storing our belongings at Bundy Canyon Super Storage for over two years, I am left flabbergasted and speechless and this company's griminess and corrupt ethics. They don't advise you, but they have these BS hidden fees that nobody discloses. Lucy at the front desk told me word for word, "We don't have to disclose our fees, they are in the contract". I went in on several occasions because they couldn't keep the right card on file for the life of them, which allowed them to charge us the hidden fees. We got NOTHING in the mail from them. Shame on us for keeping our belongings there and putting up with their shadiness for as long as we did. The owner, Jim, is a complete jerk. He called me once about a payment and I've never been treated with low customer service as what he provides. We are just sick to our stomach over how much we've really spent keeping our belongings at this scum place. They are shady and only looking to screw people over and collect as much $$$$ as they can. BEWARE of Bundy Canyon Super Storage! read more

I live in the neighborhood, literally right behind this storage facility and I walk every for exercise. Today i decided to take a phone call outside of said storage facility (and yes I am a man of color) and within 10 min of taking my call an employee came out checking me out. After another 10 min the same white man came out saying "his boss" asked if i had a storage unit inside the facility to which i said no. I was literally just on a phone call out front but I guess my skin color was too intimidating for said "boss" or his employee. Of course being a respectable neighbor and not a criminal casing the place or someone with any nefarious motives I left but it left me shook. Being a writer I figured this was the best way to make my point about this disgusting place and their fear of the unknown or downright ignorance. I wouldn't leave a single chair in that storage facility with that kind of outright racism managing that place. I wouldn't recommend anyone else use this place either. read more
