Learn from my mistake: buy your envelopes and boxes beforehand, pack your items at home, and only come here if you already have a pre-printed label. On 10/10/25, I stopped in to mail a very important document that I cannot afford to be lost. The employee that day really took the time to explain my options so that it was cost effective, trackable and why it was the most common method for my particular package. I rarely need mail Services other than Xmas packages so for her to be so patient and explain various costs and delivery methods to a PO Box, I was so grateful. Thanks to her, I felt comfortable in knowing my package would arrive safely and I was making the most cost effective, informed decision. I rarely used Postal Annex + located on Rancho California Road to send certified mail, but when I do, they always deliver packages efficiently and on time. The customer service has always been very good and quite accommodating. Plenty of parking spaces around the area and it's near the gas station, burger chains and mini markets. read more

I dropped my item off for shipment. It had a prepaid UPS label on it. The item was never received by the recipient. I have called this postal annex multiple times asking for help. They said it went out but it doesn't seem to be true bc I can tell it was received by the recipient. They have been non helpful in communicating or resolving this issue. read more

Aworst customer service. Not sure who hired these girls . But they are making your business look very bad. It's suppose to be about customer service to keep your business strong. The girls that got hired within past several moneybags need to go. I go out of my way to another place to get in and out with great customer service . And will continue. I never get acknowledged walking in the door. A lady walked in just ahead of me to ship stuff out the girl walks to the back to package the stuff without a hi or anything. I had something that took, after the fact, literally 30 seconds. So I brought up that I would like see if I can get my print job out of the way since the other customer seemed like she needed 10 different things to be done and I would be out in less than a minute and her attitude was so rude. Hardly a response from her and telling me to go grab the email off cards somewhere across the room when there was info right in front of her when i asked how I can get in and out really quick and start this process. I asked for a stapler since she just threw the 4 pages down, she couldn't even have the slightest decency to look up the entire time! She acted as if I was the devil himself( the other customer at this point wanted to come back since she had to wait for the keys to get cut as well) all this within a few minutes. Rudest, saddest looking worker I've seen in awhile. I deal with thousands of customers a day face to face (not exaggerating) and if I can put on a smile and not have attitude with them even though around these times most people become their worst self, she should be able to act like she wants to treat someone right. I stopped by this location to have some color prints made for work. I was in a rush and right when I walked in the door, three people in the store all walked up to the line at the same time. I thought for sure that it was going to take a while to be seen, but the employee made quick work of all the customers before me and began printing my copies. While the customer service was great, my only complaint is the poor quality color copies. At least they were cheap. read more

Beware of this PostalAnnex!!! This store has a theft problem with the parcels you send out from this shop!! I had a FedEx Ground box dropped off mid-day and was never picked up by Fedex!!! The store said "to wait for it to load at FedEx" but weeks later it still hasn't loaded. The owner refuses to take responsibility saying "this happens all the time". They have no cameras and are fully aware of the issue yet do nothing!!! Don't trust this store in sending your parcels!!! You've been warned!!! read more

I had a P.O. Box for business purposes here for around seven plus years. Not sure what occurred the last couple years however, the owner's attitude significantly changed and began acting very aloof and at times even rude. Not having any incident or context to reference as to why I merely ignored it until I went in to pick up my mail and learned my box number had been changed without my knowledge or without any notification--written, email, or verbal. Makes sense why I was being told mail was being returned to sender which is inexcusable so I went elsewhere. Sad because I really enjoyed the hard working ladies that were always very friendly and efficient. read more
