Box to her address for the couple of months im down here. I'm 10+ hours from where i live and im not going to be moving down permanently. So when it took change of address to USPS the lady told me I needed something from my PO Box to be able to change my address but I told her I'm 10+ hours away. How do I get something from my PO Box and she said OK then I need something with your name on the new address, how am I supposed to get something with my name on the new address if I'm not gonna permanently be living there? I'm not gonna change my mom's stuff to me. He's gonna make it more difficult on her.. why is it so hard to just temporarily get my mail sent to my mom's house?

My mom was very stressed out because we needed the escrow paperwork notarized ASAP, so I reached out to Heather. We went to see Heather the next day. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Heather was quick to point out that our escrow agent sent the paperwork out of order and was missing pages. While in her office, we called our escrow agent and Heather was happy to speak with her. Heather was very thorough in explaining to our escrow rep about the mistakes with the paperwork, and was adamant she could not assist us without this error being corrected. Even when the escrow agent was trying to say otherwise, Heather was quick to stand her ground and explain that legally, she could not have the documents notarized without the correction. Our escrow agent emailed the corrected paperwork over, along with the missing pages. For a small fee, Heather printed them out for us, which saved us time from having to go home and print them out ourselves. Throughout this ordeal Heather was very patient. Not once did we get a sense that she was irritated, or trying to rush us out. Her fees are extremely reasonable. We felt that we were in good hands and left her office feeling relieved to get everything notarized on time. Definitely give Heather a call when notary services are needed. Called her heading to the building because I made a wrong turn which she gracefully aided the directions. Came in and sat down to which she immediately asked if I had the form for my live scan, my employer did not previously send it to me but Heather was reassuring and comforting and allowed me to wait there until they emailed my form. She completed my live scan quickly, efficiently, and engaged with my father and I during the entire appointment keeping such a positive vibe. We asked her what other services they provide and she was ready to discuss every kind of service ABC has to offer! I loved my experience here it was my first live scan and I am definitely coming back here to renew or complete anything needed for the future! I totally recommend ABC Fingerprinting Notary. Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!
