I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I would never ever tell anyone to use this establishment. If you want to get rapped with shipping prices this is the place!!!

Extremely disappointing, especially considering this location is under new ownership…read more Unfortunately, the customer service doesn't seem to be much better than before. I went in to drop off a package and was told their machine was not working but would be arriving within a day or two. I was assured it would be taken care of, and the employee even took my name and phone number specifically so she could contact me if the machine did not arrive in time. I trusted them and left my package there. I NEVER received a phone call. When I followed up, I was given the excuse ithat she had gone to a convention. Meanwhile, this is MY package, MY deadline, and something I trusted this business to handle after being assured they would. What bothers me most is the complete lack of communication and accountability. If you take a customer's name and phone number and promise to contact them if there is a problem, then follow through. Don't let someone's package sit there while they assume everything is being handled. I will not be returning to this Yucaipa location. I would rather drive to another city than trust an important package here again. New ownership should mean an opportunity to improve the customer experience--not more of the same.
