What an amazing treat I received today from The Shipping Center! I was greeted by Sam upon…read moreentrance. She was polite, informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was attentive throughout the process. I had the pleasure of watching her patience as she trained new employees Ivan and Eric. I have no doubt they will continue to be great under such a peaceful and graceful leader. This location has plenty of parking, sales drinks and light snacks. The wait was not long either. I utilized fax, copy services services. The cost w I will return!

Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.

They had to move over to Rite Aid in order to accommodate the customers. It has been a very tough for them and for all of us who use that location on a daily basis. Their staff is awesome and has done nothing but bend over backwards to make sure that everybody has what they need. Luckily, they move back into the original spot on Monday so everyone who wants to hate on it wasn't down in there when the lady crashed into the front door. Calm down

I've used this location before and have generally had positive experiences, which made today's…read moreinteraction even more disappointing. I came in to return an item after the manufacturer instructed me to ship it through UPS using their account. Before I could even pull up the return information on my phone, the associate immediately became dismissive and told me, "We don't do that. We aren't UPS." I tried explaining that I was simply following the manufacturer's instructions, but she repeated the same statement in an increasingly rude tone and offered no attempt to understand what I was trying to accomplish. When I asked where an actual UPS hub was located, instead of providing basic customer service, she told me to "Google it on your phone." There is a difference between not being able to help and not wanting to help. I understand if this location couldn't process my return. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism, patience, or courtesy. Customer service isn't just about having the right answer--it's about how you communicate it. A simple explanation and a helpful suggestion would have taken 30 seconds. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. This location is usually friendly and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much. The associate I dealt with today could benefit from a refresher on basic customer service. Being knowledgeable is important. Being respectful is mandatory.
