Attempted to complete notary here, the person who was supposed to be the notary had no idea what she was doing. I have had things notarized before, and it has always been a smooth simple process where the notary was knowledgeable about the process, but this person kept asking us questions as if we should know more than her. We gave up and decided to return to someone that we knew would be able to get the job done. Also, I called the week before to ask a question and was placed on hold, where I could hear the person who answered to discuss BBQing for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up. I only had one simple question. I wouldn't return here for anything, not even to buy stamps. read more

The owner gave me the runaround one time when I sat outside on a planter yards away from the back door eating my lunch and when the owner came out the back door he accused me of taking pictures of him so he falsely told security that patrols the parking lot for the entire shopping center even tough I never took a picture of the owner and then a chain of events happened from there in which the security guards working that day just treated me like a dog so my advice, AVOID THIS UPS STORE AT ALL COSTS or you will end up like I did. read more

I am completly done with this store. I had a delivery sent there because it was an option, when I went to pick it up they said nope, can't get it because I don't have a mailbox with them. Called customer service, and they said they should in fact have given me my package because it's a service they provide with the company I ordered from. Called the store back, they gave the run around. Said it was rejected now, so I asked them why it doesn't say that with the tracking number! Terrible. This store is exceptionally well run and the staff very friendly. I went in a week or so ago, didn't have my returns packaged properly but the young man there fixed them up for me and took them as is. Saved me a BIG hassle. Also, they are well staffed, not like another UPS store near here that usually only has one, or at most two employees working and often a long and slow line. I've been here a few times and each time I've had excellent service (Notary, Amazon returns, and mail drop off) I don't know if it's perfect timing but I've never waited in a long line like other locations I've been to. I went here 5/18/21 to buy a box for and vacuum robot that i had sold on OfferUp. The guy found a box and i bought some tape. He taped it up and said they can also ship usps there. So i decided to let them ship it for the first time since i already had a prepaid shipping label. It is now 6/4/21 and no one knows where my package is. Usps says there driver scans the packages before he takes them from the store and my package was never scanned. So my package never left there store and they are saying it did. The guy that helped me that day was named Gabriel. So be careful shipping with them. I think they stole my package because he absolutely knew what it was. read more

Staff is generally pleasant and helpful. The one owner (or manager) on the other hand is not friendly and comes across as penny-pinching. He charges for every little thing and prices are clearly exaggerated. He also makes up new policies on the fly when certain services do not profit him - even when they are advertised on window decals. Franchises should comply and complement the Company's commitment. Not a good representation of what the Brand stands for. There's another location 1.5 miles away. read more

I use this facility A LOT! I love them!! Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a problem with anything! With that being said they are more expensive than regular post office to mail boxes. I don't care because sometimes I don't want to go to Post office. Have been to this store a few times with average outcomes and was happy when I left. However, I went in last week to ship a PC out of state. Nick, the store manager, was very informative, positive, and helpful. Even though it was going to cost $25 more than I'd budgeted to send the computer, I decided to do it. Nick wrapped everything in bubble wrap and secured the box. He did an excellent job and the PC arrived safely and earlier than expected. Yes, it's pricey to ship stuff but if it's valuable and worth it to you, Nick is the man to do it. I'll return the next time I need help with a project like this. read more

I just had an amazing experience at this UPS store. I had a large item that I needed to ship back to the store, an item that I've had in my possession for a couple weeks now and so I no longer had the box it came in. I came by yesterday just out of curiosity what size boxes they had and if any of those could accommodate my item. They didn't have any boxes that could fit however they said they do custom shipping and so just to bring the item in and they'll take care of it no matter what. I brought the dresser in the next day, completely disassembled, And they took care of everything. It was obviously a little more cost wise than just a small cardboard box but it was completely worth it and the process itself was so smooth and painless. I highly recommend this location read more

Completely disappointed by the professionalism and lack of urgency on behalf of this location. On 4/20, my father attempted to ship my medication to me. I emailed him all of the pre-paid labels and important information, and he forwarded that email to USPS to print onsite. They helped him package the box and took the package. Little did they know, the employee did NOT include the prepaid shipping label (that was in the forwarded email). It has now been over two weeks, and I am without essential medication. I have called numerous times, and each time they give me the run around. They have even gone as far as saying they cannot write a letter notifying the pharmacy that they screwed up. I have been without my daily meds for 2 weeks and my medical professional is unable to refill my script without a scheduled doctor's visit. Extremely alarming, non customer-centered, and just plain laziness on their behalf. I want to note that I would be willing to edit this review if my medication somehow appears, or they begin to take accountability for their mistake, but neither has happened so until then it seems logical for others to be warned of their negligence. read more

The young man that helped me on a September morning with my husband's time sensitive and very important package, was so informative and beyond patient with me. I didn't detect an attitude or signs of annoyance, even though I was clueless on how to send the package and I didn't have my morning coffee yet. Great job! Beware and proceed with caution. So three weeks ago, paid almost $75 to ship 0.5 lbs via UPS overnight to IL. However, package arrived one day late. Visited the store in person and was explained by assistant manager that, "a request for refund will be submitted to UPS automatically". Visited the store again yesterday, and was told by owner/manager that this assistant manager was "pulled from another location" and therefore, no request was ever submitted. And as such, the deadline to submit for a refund has now expired! Directly contacted the UPS Store Corporate Office, and was told "too bad"; this location has had problems. read more

Things have really changed at this store, and not for the better. Not so long ago, this was a warm, welcoming, well-staffed and well-run business. Not anymore. It seems as if it went from being a franchise store with an owner who understood customer service to a corporate store with absolutely no soul. The two employees working today were trying hard to serve their customers, but they were overwhelmed. As several of us stood in a nondescript line waiting to be helped, one employee worked on a notary issue with a customer. The only other employee was trying to serve everyone else, and the line was growing. I noticed that it was nearly as hot inside the store as it was outside. I found myself using an packing envelope to fan myself in an attempt to cool off a bit. I looked around and several other customers were doing the same thing! I looked around and saw the thermostat on the back wall...it was set at 83 degrees. What kind of business expects their employees and customers to swelter in that kind of heat all day? When it finally became my turn to be helped, I asked the employee if the A/C was broken. She exchanged a look with her coworker and sheepishly said it was not broken, but they were required to keep it set at a high temperature. She was obviously embarrassed. I told her if I worked there, I'd revolt against that stupid rule. This place is conveniently located and it's almost always busy, but I won't be returning their soon based on this experience. I did not feel like my comfort or my patronage was important to the owner. read more

Went in to drop off a return to an online retailer. The box already had the prepaid label affixed, just needed a receipt. Waited for 10 minutes (really 10 minutes) to drop it off. The girl behind the counter seemed inept and was easily distracted. There was only one customer in front of me. A line of people began to form after a couple minutes. One left after waiting a little bit. The store layout is not conducive to more than 2 customers. Granted it's really small but the way it is laid out is confusing as to where to form a line as people were just standing about in no formal order. Won't be going back read more

My husband and myself have had a PO Box here for more than 2 years now and we absolutely love the staff and business here. I literally never have a complaint. The staff is always nice and professional and the mood is always positive WHICH I LOVE AND RESPECT them for that. The hours are convenient and getting mail even after hours is very easy. If I could give this UPS location 0 stars I would. They try and give you the highest price to ship out. They are totally unreliable when it comes to delivering packages and are untruthful about arrival dates. This is the 4th time I had a package sent out to where the delivery date is incorrect but charged for priority shipping. I live in California and sent out a package within California which is an hour and a half away from me. I was promised the package would be delivered by Friday, did a tracking and my package is in Minneapolis. I called and was told this is the route they sent it through and my package won't get there for 10 days instead of three days as promised. Regular mail would have been faster or even my drive. This store is rediculous!!!! No wonder there are never any lines because they have horrible service. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone especially during Christmas. read more

Took my Amazon package there to return it and outside there's a sign that clearly says that they ship and package Amazon returns FOR FREE. Yet went in there and wasn't even asked he just automatically rang me up to pay for a shipping bag. I left and put my own shipping bag on it and brought it back and there was another man working not charging people for them. Seems like someone was just trying to pocket money. read more

Overall Bad review only because package was sent out I had insurance on my packages and package was damaged in the process and ups would not cover it because of there double box policy regardless of the double box policy or not if you have insurance and it gets damaged in the process it should be covered regardless! that's why we have insurance ?! So people if you send something out please be careful on getting insurance they will try to rip you off on buying insurance and won't go over there policy's with you and will end up paying extra money on insurance that does you no good ! read more

I was dropping off a prepaid UPS return and the Canyon Crest location wanted to charge $1 for one piece of tape on the top of the box. Ridiculous! I drove to this location, they taped it up, and gave me a dropoff receipt. No questions asked and did not nickel and dime me for a piece of tape. The store clerk was professional and friendly.
