I called to see if this company would help me with my own project I stated for a wedding. I was able to cut out and prep the vinyl myself and I was feeling nervous installing the transfer paper because my project was so large being 4'x8'. Tammy said bring it on in and we will take care of it for you no problem. Next morning I brought in my work and was out the door in less than 10 mins. I came to get business stickers done and they messed up on the stickers twice. They called me four days later saying they deleted the file they made for me and if I can spell out the name for them. I said the letters and what they referred to like b as in baseball a as in apple and they still got it wrong. I went for pick up and noticed they messed up not one but two letters. They then made another copy of the 100 stickers I ordered and still managed to get it wrong and didn't notice the mistake till I got home and there is nothing that I can do about it since I've already approved the stickers. I lost out on 100 dollars. They need to be more professional about their business. If someone is ordering something they need to have backups a paper copy just in case and notes on the name people ask for. Also to ask a lot of more questions on the work like specific colors ect. read more

As a project manager of a sign company I use outside installers often. They quoted my work at more than twice what other shops in the area had and what we would have quoted as well. When I asked Tammy for clarification I was ignored. When I called a week later to follow up she knew exactly who I was and laughed then said, "I don't go to Walmart and ask for lower prices." I wasn't asking for a lower price, simply an explanation as to how you arrived at your pricing, thinking they must have misunderstood the quote. So I was ignored, laughed at, and lectured. I would have left 2 stars, but the owner Elvis was very nice on the phone and apologized on Tammy's behalf. I will not consider using this FastSigns again. I had a far better experience with Misty at Premier Signs. read more

Well this has been a month long ordeal fast signs Moreno Valley have not been in anyway fast the quality has been awful check the pictures these guys should not be trusted with any signs they just don't seem to care about the quality of their work they had to replace the vinyl one time because of a flaw in the vinyl that they tried to blame on me and then the new sign is not anywhere near as good as the first one and to top it off it's all one color vinyl when it's supposed to be 2 and the light does not shine through like the first one and there are scratches all over and the M is not put on right I CALLED TO TELL THEM AND NOW THEY AVOID MY CALLS AND SAID THAT ITS WHAT WE ASKED FOR!!! read more

I decided to give FASTSIGNS a call to see if they can produce a retractable banner quickly for an event I'm having this weekend. Knowing this is a rush job, I was prepared to pay a rush fee...... but they wanted $750 for a 34x52" retractable banner. I was surprised, so I asked how much they normally charge (without the rush fee), and she said around $400. I was still surprised with that price, considering the last printer I used charged me half that price previously for the exact same specs banner. (Only reason why I didn't go to them this time is because I needed it quick and they are based in LA, so I thought I would give my business to a local printer.) I mentioned that to the lady on the phone and she VERY SARCASTICALLY says "Well you should go ahead and call them then and they can do it for you". So that's exactly what I did right after. Extraordinarily disappointed in this location. I have a standard graphics package that I have worked with nine other FastSigns across the country to produce for our store openings, and aside from the usual hiccups that come along with graphic design work, every other location has been able to deliver it on time with less time to work with. After calling to follow up on the bid I had not yet received, I was told that no one had even taken a look at the files since the graphic designer is apparently the only person who can open standard EPS files. Then I was given a call back less than five minutes later telling me that there was "absolutely no way" they could get my project produced on time and that I should call another FastSigns even further away. Well, actually I wasn't told FastSigns but given a first name as though I know every FastSigns owner by first name. I guess my job, which every other location has managed to hit out of the park, was just too much of a hassle for them to even attempt. read more
