They came out the next day to go over our needs for the Wrap and quickly put together our design in a couple of days. The only day we could allow the Van Wrap to be installed was on Saturdays and they said "no problem". Once the concept was approved by myself via an emailed concept they put the job in production the next day and scheduled to have it installed at my business the upcoming Saturday. There is one thing they will offer that other Wrap shops don't offer normally and that is onsite installation. That is such a convenience for any business that has a hard time leaving a money making vehicle for 2-3 days at a shop and better yet getting employees to drop off and pick up when completed. They were here in the morning and by the afternoon was completed! It was perfect! The van was exactly and if not better than the emailed computer rendering I had approved! We are very happy with our Wrap and will continue to use VGI Graphics in the future for all of our graphics needs. Al Borda, Owner, HoBo's BBQ, Temecula CA

He is busy (because he's good) so don't think you can run in there last minute and he'll drop everything to do your job right away. I've not yet had Hirt do a big job for me (*yet*) but he has done a couple quotes for my company and make some samples for a client, which were top-notch. He uses very high-quality materials, and knows his stuff, and it shows. Its very convenient to have a full-service business to business type place like this right in Covina, so I don't have to drive to DTLA or South El Monte or some other Gawd-forsaken place. His prices are fair too. I'm deducting one star because, yes, he can get busy and sometimes there's no one knowledgeable manning the front office, which can be a little frustrating if you stop by. I started out by telling him, "this will be simple, I'm not fussy". Well, I don't care how simple your idea is, if you want a website, there will be many many drafts/tries. Jay started working on my site right after our initial phone conversation (had a draft for me a few hours later) and worked on it every day til it was 100% complete. He was patient with me on details I wasn't sure about "I like this. . . no please put it back the way it was.. . .etc." The work of any engineer is of course important- you can judge yourself- but you never know what you're going to get hiring the person.

Most of the other companies I consulted produced mock-ups that felt inauthentic, and a bit copy-paste. That definitely wasn't the case here.
