It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything.
