Gary and Christian were phenomenal. I was overwhelmed planning a funeral, and needed to print programs and memory cards less than 24 hours before the service was set to start. Gary answered all my questions over the phone and made recommendations based on what he thought would look best. Christian quickly sent a detailed quote via email. In terms of quality, they are 4 stars for sure. But in terms of customer service- they don't deserve one. There is a younger guy who works here and he is cool. But beware of coming to them without printing knowledge because you will leave feeling shamed and stupid. Gary and the women talked to me like I was some child. That was the first time with them, so I was hesitant to go back but most recent I needed prints and inquired on Wednesday that I needed them Saturday, and instead of saying "here what's you'll need to do for us to print" he replied with "do you plan on cutting these yourself because the sizes vary wildly. And we can't hang run them" I don't even know what that means btw- but It took them another day to reply with what the format should be, when I said I'd alter my artwork, now they can't print it because they need more than one day and they aren't open Saturday. I just wish y'all would approach every customer with the same respect no matter how small the project is or how much knowledge they have. It sucks to be talked down to instead of simply explained something. I doubt I'll even bring my business or refer anyone else's business here. read more

I took the time to address this review to Graphics Factory Printing and anyone looking for a local, "good" printing shop. I had been a retuning customer for about a little over 2 years. All my experiences had been GREAT and particularly with Steve. Not minding my minimal printing knowledge, he always executed my projects to the T and guided me throughout the process. A few months ago, I ran into the surprise a lady named Susan took charge in receiving emails, sending invoices, etc.. I had went in spoke with Steve, per usual left confident my project would be complete at the excellence it had always been. A few hours after Susan reached out and said my project wouldn't be done by the deadline because they were backed up and the invoice wasn't paid for. I understood the miscommunication and she was doing her job, so with no problem I paid the invoice just wanted to be assured my project would be done. With arrogance and being a very particular person, Susan was able to get the job done. Not great customer service but at the end of the day what I needed was done. I understand customer service or being pleasant isn't for everyone, so I let it go. But recently I had the most disrespectful experience once again with Susan and very sad to say the business owner Gary. I came with small projects to be printed, sizing was wrong I understand, but this is a printing business and so-called designers. They both made me feel like they have bigger and better projects to work on than just any Etsy or Pinterest little thing. If this is a printing/designing shop than they should be able to give alternatives to their clients to be able to complete their request no matter how big/small. I spoke with Gary on a morning about the project and he very aggressively responded it could not be done and if I wanted it complete, the sizing had to be corrected and submitted by 11am. I asked for his help in terms of sending a sample but very arrogantly mentioned he was too busy and had too many things to get done in that day to take the time for me. Let alone my call afterwards was sent to voicemail. After my 3rd call it was answered by Susan and of course, didn't get anywhere. At the end of the day, I was able to get my foam board print and let alone handed to me with what seemed like a oil fingerprints on it as well as the cutting, it was most definitely rushed. The difference of before that I would pick up and would be neatly wrapped. My second project which were bookmark prints, my pdf was not able to be sized correctly by them and was not done since they denied to helping me, was done by a different shop with the same image used to the 2x8in bookmark and printed, cut in a nice, timely manner. I wish this business good, the returning clients will return unless there is no problem encountered. And most likely I will receive a political response by Gary (just like he has responded to other bad reviews here) stating specifically how it was the clients fault, but never taking OWNERSHIP and apologizing for the miscommunication or bad experience. In my opinion, being personable goes a long way especially as a business owner and being empathetic with customers regardless of the situation should ALWAYS BE PRIORITY. May your business continue to be blessed with big projects, being that you all have no time for minimal things. And Steve thank you for everything you did, it was greatly appreciated! read more

FEDEX vs Graphics Factory Printing...If you're reading this review, I want you to ask yourself these questions BEFORE reaching out to this company. Do you know what you need to get printed? What are the quantities? Do you have an idea of the type of paper you'd like? Are your files set up and sized correctly? Is your order print-ready? Meaning...if for some reason you needed to email them after hours, will they be able to clearly see what you're requesting without a ton of clarification? If you answered yes to ALL or most of these questions, chances are you're in the right place. OR do you need a graphic designer to tightly hold your hand (tell you what you're looking for), be with you every step of the way, (set everything up CORRECTLY, flies, color, paper etc), and help guide you to the light? (a finished product for an extra design fee). If this sounds more like you, please trust me when I say this, there is NO shame in admitting that. Sometimes folks just need help getting a few things printed and that's okay! I would recommend you go to FedEx or Staples for something like this. They have online portals where they seamlessly walk you through the entire printing process. It even has picture examples and in-person staff support for those who prefer speaking to a real human. These wonderful folks will be more than happy to help you format anything you'd like. The Graphics Factory is for people who know what they want, and how they want it...They're familiar with the printing process and know how to set up their files correctly or they can fix them quickly if something does get flagged by Gary or the team. They don't require graphic design services, because they know this place is for printing only...YET they STILL take time out of their already busy day to notify us of the issue and hold space while we fix it. I started my greeting card line back in 2016 and have been through a number of printers...The team at the Graphics factory are professional, reliable, more than accommodating, and they do a GREAT job all the time. I can't even begin to count how many times Gary has stayed late to print a last-minute order for a retailer or an event that might've slipped my mind. We (like most Americans) have had a rough year, but Susan and Gary were willing to work with us..at one point I couldn't afford the prints, but Gary called me up to check on me after he noticed I hadn't been by in a while. He reassured me that things would get better and that the team would be there to support me in any way they could. And they did!!! Fast forward to now, I'm grateful to say that things are starting to turn around (slowly but surely) and the team at the Graphics Factory are still here. Their faith in me as a business owner didn't waiver. The quality of the services they provided me, even though they took a hit, didn't waiver. The care they have for all of their customers - big or small - didn't waiver...and that is why I recommend the Graphics Factory to folks who are PREPARED for stellar service. Again, no shame if you're looking for someone to be a lot more "hands-on" when it comes to helping you get your files print-ready. But real print shops typically charge a design fee if they even offer that sort of thing. FedEx and Staples are your best bet bruv. Called over the phone and quoted of me $60 and even told them I had a deadline to have it done by next week, Steven made me drive all the way here and then proceeded to quote me twice the price to $120. Then gave me a run around that because he decided to give me a "$10 discount" it would take longer than 5 business days. They wasted my time and made me drive 40 mins for a lie.
