Fast response but not concerned with customer service. As a business owner I would not recommend. Based on my experience. * Edit then owner tried to downplay his lack of customer service in a smug reply. When i asked what would hypothetically happen if I spent $500 on printing and $500 on the garments to be printed on if the quality was not up to par with my standards he told me that he has never given anyone a refund in 20 years, And that I can only get 33 shirts for that much anyways. He could have offered to make a sample at a cost and I would have agreed immediately. I would rather spend 100$ on one shirt that's trash than $1000 on 33 trash shirts and miss my deadline because I need to reorder from someone else. I'm so glad he showed his true colors before I wasted thousands of dollars dealing with this company. read more

We ordered our family reunion shirts with this company and found them right off Yelp based off reviews. They allowed us to make a deposit and then pay the remaining when the shirts were complete. The customer service was amazing. The lady (owner, sorry I forgot her name) was super nice and friendly and went over everything with us in detail. My husband was dealing with her husband over the phone and through email. He was also very friendly and was on top of it all. We were able to pick up our order in the timeframe discussed. However, we ordered 80 shirts and only received 79, after counting several times we reached out to the owner. This is currently being rectified and should have it by Wednesday. The outside source company who printed the shirts should have informed them that one that was missing due to two burn holes and instead they sent them the box with it saying 80 inside when that was not the case there were only 79. Not sure why the outsourced company wouldn't just print another one before sending them out, that doesn't make sense. This is a family reunion and we would hate for a family member to be left without a shirt for our event. With that being said, my husband asked if he needed to count the shirts there and was told no everything should be in there. If I didn't count them and waited till the day of our event, someone would have been left out. To replace one shirt unfortunately will not be exactly the same print due to it being done in house. Will be getting that one on Wednesday,push come to shove I'll be the family member without a shirt. We also had a few shirts that had some of the print bleed on the shirts, see pics. Thank you SNAP! Recently we had one of our flags taken and needed a replacement before our national review. I reached out to Derek and his team on some custom cups. Right away I felt as if he knew exactly what I was wanting just by the brief description I gave to him. Within 10 mins I had a full line up of products and graphic options available to me. We place the order and seeing I was looking at get 70 cups laser engraved I was figuring it would be at least 3-4 weeks lead time. Boy was I wrong. Order was placed on a Tuesday and had the product shipped to my house by the next Friday! Yes that's right 8 business day turn around on 70 custom laser engraved stainless steel cups!!!! On top of that anytime I had a question just a simple email and he would get back to me ASAP. This was customer service in my opinion beyond anywhere else.
