A++ Highly Recommended!…read more I had an outstanding experience with Corona Print Shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Hugo

I really wanted to have a good experience with Ken Sporting Goods because we've used them for my…read moredaughter's letterman jacket since her freshman year, but unfortunately there have been problems almost every time. Her freshman year, they spelled her name wrong even though it was correct on the signed proof. They also put a patch on the wrong sleeve and told us we would have to pay for a new sleeve if we wanted it fixed, so we just left it. Now she's a senior, and I was told her senior year embroidery may not fit correctly because the spacing from the previous years was done wrong. We've also had rhinestones fall off within days and had to pay to replace them. The latest issue is what really pushed me to write this review. I was told her embroidery would take no more than two weeks, which would have had her jacket back right before Senior Night. I checked in and was then told it would be ready almost a week later, after Senior Night. The customer service throughout all of this has been disappointing and often rude. These jackets are a big deal to students and families, especially senior year, and I just don't feel like that is understood here. I have another child who is a freshman and already on varsity, and I will definitely be going somewhere else for his jacket.

Color Stitches is great! I bought an apron as part of my friend's wedding gift, and I wanted to get…read moreit embroidered with her name. I normally take these things to Things Remembered but was disappointed to hear that they only embroider their own products. After a quick Google search, we found Color Stitches! The owner, Ernesto, took us in the back and went through all the different font styles for us. After picking one, he printed it out and let me place it on the apron exactly where I wanted it. After that, he turned on the machine and stitched away! He even let us watch the process in the back of the store. The best part is, it was only $12! This is a great deal for all the options we had available to us as far as style and color. The place may be tiny but they do it all! Screen printing, embroidery, sign printing, etc.
