I told him never mind and was ready to leave when he told me he could complete it in a couple of days, I'd just have to pay a rush fee. I paid the fee and came back on the day agreed. My item was untouched in the box just like when I left. He said he could have it ready the next day, but that was too late for me. He also mentioned how it wasn't ready because someone had a flood in their house. If that was the case, I should've been notified that my item wasn't going to be ready so I could try to make other arrangements. I wish I would've read the other bad reviews, because I had the same experience as others.
