If I could give 10 stars for Mike, I would! My experience was truly 10/10. I needed custom shirts made for me and my friends for the BTS concert, and it was our first time doing this. We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We absolutely loved our BTS concert shirts! read more

Can I just begin by saying that Mike at Grafix Designs is amazing! Our camping club ordered $2500 worth of items to be printed (cards, flags, t-shirts and hoodies) that all came out looking very sharp and well made. Throughout the process, we encountered a few minor glitches, but Mike handled everything promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Over the course of working together, we've developed a great working friendship, and I've already referred several friends to him for their printing needs. Highly recommend him! read more

I have worked with Mike on several projects for our business. We pride ourself in providing and teaching self-defense education to the community and we've been wanting to design and print t-shirts for our students. He works hard to make sure the customers' needs and met and communicates thoroughly to make sure all expectations are met. When there's a design you want and there may be potential barriers, Mike does an amazing job to let you know "Hey if you go with this design, these are the issues" AND he also offers alternative or solutions to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommend!! Mike was one cool guy!! Our experience was good and our design was done to perfection!! 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Mike, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional service from start to finish. I called Grafix Designs about putting a logo on 2 singlets I needed. He asked a few questions, requested the image via email, we spoke again on the phone for sepecifications and within 3 hours, the heat transfers were done. He informed me that I can come in any time to put them on. IT WAS THAT EASY!!! I came in to have them put on. I was in and out of his shop in 15 minutes. The entire process and experience went seamlessly. Mike's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire experience enjoyable. I was afraid that he would turn me away since I only needed 2 of these done, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I couldn't be happier with the result. I wholeheartedly recommend Grafix Designs. Their quick correspondence, efficiency, great customer service, speedy service, and affordability make them a standout choice in the industry. I will definitely be returning for all my future needs. read more

I called and emailed about 15 shops trying to figure out an emergency situation, and Mike was the only one who had the determination to help me get it done. He made me feel like my job was the only one that mattered, even though I knew he had other things on the table to work on that day. I feel like whatever I say about Mike and his work would be an understatement so I'll keep it simple. I reached out to Mike a couple weeks ago for a quote on getting some shirts / hats made for my husbands company. It was our first time doing something like this and it made the process a breeze. We already had a a logo made but he gave us great input on types of shirts and what colors would / wouldn't work on the shirts we picked. He called everyday during the design process to make sure the logo was where we wanted it / made sure we liked the colors / erc. My husband works construction and was picky about the quality of shirt. We picked up 100 shirts the other day and couldn't be happier with the quality of the shirts. The shirt Mike recommended was exactly what he wanted and the print came out amazing! We are excited to pick up the hats in a couple weeks. We are confident the hats will be just as great as the shirts. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike! read more

I found Mike at Grafix Designs during Covid. I went to him for a graduation banner (remember those) Anyway, he did an amazing job and his pricing was competitive. I found Mike during Covid. I had a senior in High School and her senior year was taken away so we made her a banner. Everything was excellent. Fast forward 3 years and we needed some sponsorship banners for our wrestling team and Mike came through again with a great design and with only about a weeks notice. I knew right then that we would use him for our senior night banners. What I didn't anticipate was that I would let the date slip my mind! Mike, an amazing design. He was able to format some of our pictures, so that the banners would look even better. I only gave him a couple days notice and he really came through for us! Mike provided me magnificent service printing my Science and Chess Club's t-shirts. He's was very business-like and demonstrated good ethics in handling my t-shirts. He was willing to help with our designs by making the appropriate adjustments. He did all this in a timely manner, and thank goodness for that! Because, I actually made a blunder by putting a wrong student name on the back of all the science shirts. For a fair price, Mike was able take the wrong name off all the shirts and correcting my blunder with inserting the right name just days before our event. Thank you, Mike for your integrity, and for saving me from lots of stress. read more

I needed a banner made for my small business. So I decided to stop by a new place that had just opened near my house but when I drove up it was already closed down! I found Graphix designs and printing on yelp since it was the closest place that I saw that made banners. I spoke to Mike on the phone and told him what style I was looking for. I wanted just a simple sign to hang up when I do craft fairs. Mike had me come in and he helped me design my banner, lettering, etc. I knew he was busy but he was patient and helpful. We put a great simple design together and I couldn't be happier! I love the banner and it's more than I was expecting with color pictures, beautiful lettering and all the info I needed. I even ordered a matching table runner. I can't wait to set up my stand at my next craft fair. I feel legit now! Thanks Mike for all your patience and recommendations! I was very happy with your professionalism and down to earth personality that made my vision come together! read more
