There's a ton of things to do when opening a business and a lot of moving parts. Signage, while important is sometimes saved for the last and closer to opening. And if you're like me , you ask for or take the recommendation of the landlord or go with a franchised sign company. I did both. The lights on the pole sign were not all working and since I was adding my sign to it I asked Eddie to also include the repair for this so it can actually show at night. Do not go here. Worst business experience I've ever had. 3 weeks to get me scheduled in after I had to call to get an actual date. After it was already paid in full before hand. Took my vehicle to him and had someone pick it up after he said it was "finished" not only did he do a terrible job of installing it but it wasn't even the sticker I approved. I had to repeatedly call, email, text to finally get a response from him via email even though I left 3 different voice mails. He proceeded to tell me how the printing company printed the wrong ones and he would get new ones printed. Told me the printing company was out of town for the rest of the week so I have to wait for the following week to know when he can schedule me in once again. 3 weeks later he finally calls and said they're read to be installed so I have to drive down again and drop it off. Calls later that day it's ready for pick up. I was unable to get that day so I asked what time he would be there in the morning and we can go over it to make sure every flaw was corrected. He doesn't respond to me then he texted me at 7:50 telling me he had to leave at 8am and he would NOT be able to stay until I got there. When I went to pick it up he "forgot" to take of some excess stickers he had left on there the first time. The sticker is 1/2 in off the letters aren't spaced out the same I can go on for days of how unprofessional this whole experience was. I'm beyond frustrated with the service and quality he offers. Waste of money. As I paid 970 dollars for something I'm completely unsatisfied with. read more
