I was nervous we wouldn't have enough time for production, but I submitted a design, they created a mockup for me and turned it around in 7 days. And it looked fantastic. I asked several shops for quotes, and they had the best pricing, fastest turn around, and they make it in their factory in the US rather than China. It was helpful that I'm close to El Monte, so pick up was extremely easy and I was able to save on shipping. Highly recommend!

Not only was the pricing here very reasonable - the design and customer service was phenomenal! Curt made the process from start to finish almost too easy. And Craig is a magician with his graphic design skills. We sent our logo over for a mock up and Craig took some design liberty and completely blew us away. To the point that we altered our original logo immediately for all of our other marketing. This is the main reason we went with Black Parrot. And I am so pleased with this decision. It's important for me to note that we were on a bit of a time crunch with an event happening and wanting signage (window and indoor wall) done prior to the event. They pulled it off and the install was seamless! We will for sure be using them again when we expand later this year and anytime we need more signage. I highly recommend this team!

Howard was extremely helpful--he provided a detailed cost estimate upfront and worked with us to resolve a few production issues along the way. Compared to other vendors online, especially considering both the material quality and the size of the Big Heads, their pricing was very reasonable. Most importantly, all the parents and players were thrilled with the final products. They turned out great and were a big hit with the team.
