I'd give 6 stars if I could. I work with a lot of different vendors and contractors around the area, and the team at Sign Imaging has been buy far one of the best. Frances is one of the best sales people I've worked with, and she pushed our project through extremely fast. From our initial meeting, to concept, to color choice, to submission/sign off with the city planning agencies, to installation we had a total lead time of 2 weeks! The signs themselves were exactly what we wanted and designed to specifications that were within the local regulations required by the city where I work. Frances and the team took care of everything, only asking at the appropriate times for my approval on various items when necessary. The installation process was also a breeze. Sign Imaging brings a mobile basket equipped truck to you and installs within a couple of hours (depending on the size of the sign). The installers took the time to check, recheck, and triple check spacing and level to ensure the sign was absolutely perfect. They were very professional and friendly, and you could tell that they were working very hard to represent their company through quality work. I had no idea what I wanted but after providing their reps with samples and ideas, they came up with a gorgeous halo lit channel letter that is the talk of the shopping center. My neighbor even said he was jealous because I one-upped him. I found sign imaging on Yelp. I needed to get a new sign for my current business and add a sign for a new business we acquired through expansion. I was assigned Francis to help me with the entire process. Everything was going great but then we had a mistake with one of the signs after installation. I was so upset about it because I was worried I would be stuck with the end result or have to pay more for a corrected sign. That entire night I couldn't sleep because so much time and money had been invested into this process. The next morning I get a phone call from Francis and the first thing out of her mouth was "I'm sorry." I had a very BIG sign project that was due for State Inspection Friday morning at 8am, I reached out to my current sign vendor, and they gave me a lead time of 4 weeks. I needed the signage in two days. I called sign imaging and spoke with Frances on Wednesday at 4pm. She said no problem, she could have 100 tactile & braille signs to me by Thursday at 5pm. Very impressed with their customer service. I called the sign company I had used in the past and they took over a week to get me a pretty basic quote. 2 Vinyl signs for glass doors and one metal sign listing hours of operation. My landlord had recommended Sign Imaging. They were very quick to respond with a quote. I worked with Francis. I had some changes to the proposal and edits were made within hours. My two vinyl signs were not exactly what I expected upon install. Mainly due to color. I did not read what color they would be printed on, in the quote. The installer, Jonas, was extremely professional and shows pride in his work. When Francis heard I wasn't completely happy, they immediately wanted to correct it and at no further expense to me. I could see another commonly telling me I signed off on the proof and too bad! Not them. They reinstalled the signs to match my Vision I had in my head and I am very satisfied.
