Just a quick update. I brought my BMW back to Elevance for its second annual detail and PPF and…read moreceramic coating inspection. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. I contacted them via email, and they provided me with a quote and with great communication about the products they offer. When you get your tints here, you get your choice of XPEL tints. I went with the XPEL XR ceramic films, which are top of class films that reflect a high percentage of infrared and UV light. (Note: they also have an XPEL XR PLUS film that offers even more superior light/heat reflection). The main thing is that this translates into cooler interiors during the summer. The team at Evo Studios was very detail oriented, they had excellent communication, they had fair pricing, and they use top-of-class XPEL products that come with a lifetime guarantee. In addition to tints, they also offer ceramic coating and paint protection films. After consideration, I did put PPF on my front headlights to protect them from the corrosion that happens naturally after a few years. Based on my experiences with Dan and his team, I'd definitely come back in the future for my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pro Image Signs, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I needed a windshield snipe/banner installed on my F150 truck, which has a 6-inch lift, making the job more challenging than usual. After being turned away by multiple vinyl wrap installers and tint shops who declined to take on such a "small" yet tedious job, I was starting to lose hope. If you have driven around Fountain Valley, you have seen their signs I have plastered all over my buildings. Cesar (from ProImage) is my secret to my success in marketing. I took my 2003 Saab Aero there because my paint on my hood and roof was fading. I called and got a quote over the phone which was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with both the service and the finish result. The guys were very friendly and helpful they even let me hangout and watch them work and chat. the quality of the wrap was beyond my expectations, awesome to say the least. it doesn't look cheap almost a factory finish job, you could NOT get a paint job or touch up to look this good for the same price. I drive by pro image every day on my way to work, when we needed a banner I went to them because it looks like they do good work by the looks of their signs and the cars that are wrapped out front. I was right, the banner they made for my business looks awesome! I gave them the info, colors, and images i wanted on it and Caesar made it look great. I was also quoted a price over the phone originally and they kept their word on that price which was cool. Very honest and hard working guys. Great designs guys! read more

I took a job to Luis on a Wednesday and requested it by the following Wednesday. I received a call on Saturday telling me a proof of design had already been emailed. I looked at the proof and with in a few hours my job was ready for pick up. Took all my stress away. They are very nice to work with and listed to what you want. The signs are made from exterior-grade corrugated plastic sheets, which feel durable and appropriate for outdoor use. Compared to other vendors online, especially considering both the material quality and the size of the Big Heads, their pricing was very reasonable. Most importantly, all the parents and players were thrilled with the final products. They turned out great and were a big hit with the team.
