Jessica and AJ were so helpful when we approached them with the idea that we had for our son's first birthday. My husband wanted to create a backdrop featuring "sponsors" like a real racer and we included his favorite things and places from his first year. Communication and design with Jessica and AJ was so smooth and easy. Installation on the boards that we rented was very quick too. Decal Spec's vinyl decals created are so high quality and we are actually able to reuse them and are attempting to stick them on our water heater haha. Their office also has a little fish tank that our son enjoyed as well! read more

We highly recommend Decal Spec for vehicle wraps. We needed to get our RV wrapped, so we were concerned that they could handle a job this size. The first attempt had some misfires that they agreed weren't up to their usual standards. They took a second swing and did a job that any wrap specialist would be proud to put their name to. We are really pleased and impressed that they stood behind their work and made sure it was something they agreed was to their own standards. Eric, Neil, and Jessica are all great people and we enjoyed working with them. There are two spots that we're waiting on Neil to get back to us on, but overall, we are really pleased with the work they've done and highly recommend Decal Spec for wraps of any size. read more

I found Decal-Spec via a google search and wow, did I luck out. These guys are the best. I have been using them extensively now for over a year. I have a restaurant and they are incredible for signage, notice boards - they even gave us a great deal on embroidery. They have also done two vehicle wraps for us. Their work is incredible and their pricing is great. Jessica and Neal, the owners are very responsive and super helpful helping out with artwork, applications, etc... I recommended them to a friend who was opening a new retail location and he was extremely happy with their work on that location. I cannot recommend them more highly. read more

My mom needed me to design some decals (hours/ new logo/ etc) to put up at her dental clinic windows in Cerritos so I decided to go with decal-spec for this job. They were very quick and scheduled the install in just a few days after I submitted artwork. I wasn't there for the install but my mom was very pleased with them as well as the quality of the product and service she received. I used to work with Neil and Jessica on my projects for past 4 years. All of a sudden, they don't return my calls or emails. I left 4 messages for Neil with his secretary and he has not returned my calls. I wanted to give him more business but I guess he didn't want it. Frankly if he didn't want my business, grow up and give me the courtesy of explaining that so I can find another business to support. So.. as a courtesy to future customers, be cautious about working with Decal Specs. Ghosting is part of their company culture. read more

These guys were great! Basically I needed some stickers made for a funeral/memorial on short notice over a holiday weekend. Installing windshield banners can be a pain sometimes. Especially when you have no clue how to apply it on the proper way. Big shout out to Decal Spec for their availability during this pandemic! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable on what they were doing and even suggested me to learn about what's the difference between quality vinyl vs cheap vinyl! I have worked with Neil and Jessica on behalf of two different businesses and a variety of projects including printed polos, jackets, beanies, face masks, backpacks, banners, table clothes and more. They not only are quick to respond to my questions they are affordable, the quality of their work is great and they are really NICE and GOOD people. It is hard to find a small business that really does good work because they take pride in their work and who are pleasant to work with. There are a lot of providers in this space. But I will always go to Jessica and Neil because I TRUST them. I trust they will take care of me and I just won't need to worry about random weirdness/unexpected issues I may have to with other providers. Neil was amazing in getting about 30 shirts done when I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and needed them by Tuesday morning. I called around everywhere and no one would even quote the project just for it being so close in time. After a couple of phone calls back n forth, he was able to get me a price and assure me that it would be done. I don't know what type of hours they had to put in but it was done ahead of time on Monday! This guy is amazing. We picked up the shirts, they all fit well and the logos came out great. Just like Martin Luther King Jr., I had a dream. I mean this was a much simpler dream, but still a dream nonetheless. My dream was to have the car of gods. A car so iconic and so ingrained in my life that I had to make it a reality. I think you can see where I'm going with this. Yes. That's correct. I wanted The Big Red Car from the hit Australian children's show, The Wiggles. That was it. That was my dream car. And Decal Spec made my dream come true. I mean when you think about it, it was a really simple request with just three decal stickers, two on the doors and one on the hood BUT STILL. That simple request meant everything to me. And they did it splendidly. They did what I could not. They helped me achieve my American Dream. No longer do I drive in what used to be a simple 2014 Red Volkswagen Beetle, but instead a statement. A statement that dreams do come true, with Decal Spec. Jessica and Neil were phenomenal and kind truly understood the vision that I had. If there was a setting to add more stars then you best believe you would see more stars. Five stars cannot contain just how incredible these people are. So thank you so much. I don't use yelp very often but working with Jessica and Neil was such a enjoyable experience I had to write this. My wife and I were calling around to get our sons Doc Band wrapped and everybody told us they'd need the helmet for a week. If you're not familiar with a doc band, its supposed to be on 23 hours a day. So a shop needing it for a week wasn't an option. I called Decal Spec and Jessica said they'd need it for 2 hours. After having to cancel our first appointment with them due to my sons schedule, AJ rescheduled with us no problem and was very understanding. After sending Jessica what we had in mind and then seeing the helmet in person, they said it wouldn't be a problem at all and we were asking for a pretty detailed design. Payment was super smooth and very fairly priced. They only needed 2 HOURS! The helmet looks incredible and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work! Jessica and Neil were so professional and courteous which unfortunately isn't easy to find anymore. All in all, if you need something wrapped, don't hesitate to call Decal Spec. I did not go with this company! But I just wanted to say thank you for a good experience, great communication from Jessica to Melvin. I was looking to get a partial wrap for my car. Jessica responded real quick. Set me up to meet with someone there in person. I was suppose to meet Neil, but wasn't available at the moment. But Melvin was real cool, we chatted about what I was looking for. Very good about telling me about the process etc etc and what they do there at this company. Their communication over all was very good on point. This company seemed very legit and def recommend if you're local. Now! The only reason why I didn't go with them because I found a place literally down the street and met one of their designers and we just clicked about what I wanted done for the car. But Jessica! I've done business with Neil since Decal Spec first started out. He's helped me with all of my personal printing needs, from custom shirts to stickers, as well as some of my other requests (custom screen printing, outdoor/indoor banners, business cards) for my student organizations up here at UC Davis! I've shared a few business cards around campus and my peers have since used Decal Spec. All of them have had the same feedback: professional, fast to respond, reliable, and knowledgeable, with reasonable prices to boot. (...Even from long-distance all the way down in SoCal.) Unfortunately the person that responded to my initial quote request did not know their own pricing and miss quoted me. When it was time for me to make the appointment after canceling one at another place based on the quote I was provided someone else chimed into the conversation and said their starting price was actually hundreds of dollars more. They may be good at what they do but unfortunately I won't get to find out because their quoting/customer communication is lacking. read more

Our church had a 40th Anniversary celebration and decided to have shirts printed. We had white shirts that needed a design on both front and back sides. We actually were going to print with another company however, the communication was not 100. So, we looked for other print shops and stumbled on Sanbon. The great reviews here pushed me to contact them right away. I sent the request on a Saturday night around 11pm. Robin replied back within a few minutes, and might I add wayyyy past business hours, BUT he was able to communicate everything I needed to know for an easy printing process. The next day, he already sent me the final price per each shirt and A MOCK of how the shirts would look like with the design we sent. HOW DID WE GET SUCH GREAT SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?! Due to the last minute request, he did suggest a waterbase print instead of oilbase, which we were totally okay with. Granted, our shirts were white with neutral font colors, but we were ecstatic that our budget was met with their quote. Shirts were dropped off Monday at noon and since we had children sizes that ranged from youth to infant Robin was cool enough to explain how the design will look on the smaller sizes, loved that he was very informative about that! so, after the drop off... get this, THE SHIRTS WERE FINISHED THAT EVENING! I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

I asked Neil very last minute to make my Cerritos High School JV volleyball team some custom tank tops and sweaters. Not only did he take the time to finish my rush order promptly, he also made sure that I was happy with the sizes, colors, designs, and text every step of the way--all at a reasonable price. We didn't have a clear idea of what material or brand of clothing we wanted, so Neil gave me a list of options I could choose from. We had two larges in the original order, so Neil made sure we knew the tanks we were getting were unisex. Ended up changing those two larges to mediums with no hassle! We also emailed Neil with my team's design idea as a JPEG, and he made the artwork come to life! Cerritos' school colors are black, athletic gold, and red, and Neil went out of his way to make sure the colors on our gear were accurate. Posted up a picture of the sweater we got on Yelp too. It looks absolutely amazing. Overall a wonderful experience. I'm definitely coming back to Decal Spec for future orders and possibly to get a wrap or clear bra done for my car. Neil represents his company very well--if his products don't sell to you, his charisma will!
