Me being new to the business, I knew what I wanted but had a lot of questions just to make sure I was doing it right with the stickers. They responded with very good timing and answered all of my questions efficiently. I also needed the stickers in time for an event and they were able to handle the project no doubt. The process of getting everything started was smooth. They were also really helpful when I couldn't get the vector file I had cut the way I wanted. My stickers were ready the next day with no problem. They not only have a great vibe but they have a "get-it-done" mindset! I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

Cool guy and nice work! I was with the decal that they made for me. I got lots of compliment from my friends.

They did a couple of motocross jersey letterings, and they came out perfect with thick awesome material for the letters and number. Solid prints, not see through. Three day turn around. And great people to deal with. I would highly recommend. read more

Neil was great to work with. My team decided they wanted shirts at the last freakin' minute... so I ordered shirts in our slightly-harder-to-find color in our various sizes on Amazon Prime and whipped up our design into a 2-color vector image. The true challenge was finding a shop who could print it for us. I talked to about 8 different shops starting on a Thursday night... my deadline to pick them up was Tuesday evening. Neil at Decal Spec was actually a dark horse for me at first, since a few other shops responded almost instantaneously, a few were shown as open Sat/Sun (Yelp not always accurate, though), and a few advertised same day printing. Neil was able to get me a quote once I finished my images and emailed them to him. I talked to him both over Yelp and the phone, and over the phone in 5 minutes he was able to look at my images, make a recommendation on what type of printing based on my shirt's fabric blend, and give me the price! Not only did his price line up with or beat most other shops I talked to, he also had no problem with the tight turnaround. It was really no sweat. I talked to him on the phone Sunday, dropped off the shirts Monday, he sent me an invoice and I paid, and by closing time Tuesday I had the finished shirts in hand. He and everyone working with him were super friendly and chill. The team loved the shirts and they looked great; i am already planning for next year's shirts so it won't be last minute, and this is a shop I would definitely return to! read more

Hate to be one of those people who review a place without trying it but this was my experience with Neil and Jessica I called for a quote on 12/13, didn't really have the information on what model of bikes I had so Neil asked me to send pics of the bikes. So I did, I replied to his email with the bikes and details of what I wanted. About an hour later still no call back so I called him, some guy told me Niel was with a customer but would call me back soon. Then Jessica emailed me the same thing. Never received a call back. Next day 12/14 I emailed both Jessica and Neil requesting a quote. No reply. Not returning customers calls when promised makes this place look unprofessional and let's me know they don't want my business. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

They are professional and the quality of their work is amazing. They helped us personalize sweatshirts and bags for our son's football team. They came out so good we were really happy with the final product. The best part was that we were on a time crunch and they definitely stepped up and took care of us. They also made some shirts for my work with a 4 day turn around. We definitely recommend them Thank you Neil and Jessica!!! read more

Fast, friendly and professional communication from Jessica, Eric and the rest of the team. I had some vinyl re-done on a company van and they did a great job at a reasonable price and delivered as promised. I had contacted other companies with a lot of 5-star reviews and either didn't get a response, got a slow response, or got quotes without them having enough information. All red flags. No thanks. Would highly recommend Decal Spec, and look forward to finding other projects to work with them on. Thanks, guys. read more

I walked into the shop. Just a random stranger asking for small vinyl stickers for my motorcycle tank. I was immediately welcomed with warm and friendly service. Neil took the time to make sure I was happy with the color and texture. Then we just talked about motorcycle and motorsport trackdays. Neil is a very cool dude. I picked up the stickers the next day and was super impressed by the damn good job he did. He even added a few extra stickers since the the other half of the vinyl sheet would have gone to waste anyway. I will definitely come back and recommend Decal Spec for any size job. read more

Decal spec is everything you want from a business. They are extremely friendly, professional, and well priced. I called around to get my Tesla Model 3 protected with PPF and ultimately decided to go with Decal Spec after reading all of the other good Yelp reviews. Amazing! I came here last minute hoping for a miracle and I got one! Long story short, I came here with a design for team shirts and was met with a fast turnaround. The design for the front and back of the shirts came out better than expected. Neil and Jessica communicated effectively and worked efficiently. I recommend Decal Spec for their professionalism and their willingness to work with your art. The designs they were able to place on my shirts are fire! read more

I went to Decal Spec after calling up a few other places who gave me a $75 price for 1 5x5 decal. I went here and was very happy with the service I got. Not only was the price amazing but so was the friendliness and service! I ended up getting two decals done from them and even with some editing I still paid only $70. Even got some extras which I was not anticipating! So awesome and will definitely get my business again soon and my recommendation to friends in the car scene. Bottom line definitely worth the 5 star rating they have and I would give 10 if I could! read more

First time doing business with Neil and I can't help but echo the sentiments of everyone else here: the shirts I ordered are excellent and the customer service was completely on point. To get an idea how simple the process was, here's my experience: I had less than a week before a special event and needed some customized tees. I emailed Neil what I needed and attached the logos. Within two days, I stopped by the shop and walked out with order in hand. Done, and with plenty of time to spare. Work with Neil and the Decal-Spec crew for all your customization needs. They will get the job done professionally, at the right price and with the kind of customer service that'll keep you coming back. Thanks fellas. read more

Decal Spec was an amazing find and thank goodness. I was in dire need for some window decals for a store front and all the other sign shops I called were really pricey and would take 3-5 days. I called Decal Spec and gave my flustered, most likely incoherent, request and they totally understood what I wanted and gave me a quote over the phone with a turnaround time of an hour. They sent me proofs via email within a few minutes, I confirmed the order, and I was able to pick up my window decals in an hour. After that day, I sent several other requests to them for more window decal work. Nowhere else will beat the price, turnaround time, or customer service. read more
