I reached out to Wrap One for a decal for my RV rental. They got back to me quickly and walked me through the process. Walt to care of printing my graphic and applied to the Back of my RV. He was very professional and pricing was great. Thanks again! I will definitely come back myself for future needs.

Got a vehicle wrap done here on a 2014 Subaru WRX (business advertising) . They did a great job and the turnaround after I turned in the vehicle was quick (I believe it was same day that evening). The process works something like this: - After getting pricing, you get 2 revisions. I'm not sure entirely what entitles a full revision, but I believe it's if you work out a certain design, then change the design completely. I was able to make several small modifications once we had the larger design in place (font, color, wording, etc) . - They then send you an official proof you look over, and then sign and pay the deposit. - Work out a drop off date, they do the wrap, then you'll hear from them for pickup. You may not get the car same day, so plan to be able to leave the car anywhere from 1-3 days. In my case, I was able to get the car same day. When doing the wrap, they remove door panels, handles, etc to get the wrap done right. There were some minors fixes after the wrap was applied, but the installer came out and fixed those at my location. Overall, I'm very happy with the work. The design came out even better than I had expected. Will rewrap here once the time comes. P.S: They include a 4 year warranty which nudged me in their direction after getting quotes from a few places.

This place is awesome! I requested a consultation and Walt replied immediately. I liked how Walt walked me through what he could and could not do, and he explained how he would do the work on my truck. He was able to chrome delete my whole grille, all 5 door handles and the F150 emblems on each side of my truck. It took 2 days to get the delete done, but the end product and quality of work was worth it. If you need a chrome delete like me or a wrap, check this place out. Walt will not disappoint.

Update: Vinyl stripes on roof of the car did not last a full year. I won't blame the product, I know they used high quality vinyl. It was the fact that my car isn't garage-kept and the sun constantly beating on the vinyl eventually ruined it even though I waxed my car every month or two. The reason I'm updating my previous review is that Wrap One does not honor their 4-year warranty. I contacted them about the stains and they asked me to bring the car in. I took it in the following week and they told me they would see when their installer will be available. A couple weeks went by and I contacted them again. Once again, I was just told they would see when their installer will be available. It's been over two months since then and I never heard back from Wrap One. And I'm not one to beg just for a couple of feet of vinyl, so I'll just take my business elsewhere. The fact that they're not even willing to replace a couple of feet of vinyl under warranty is very telling. They may as well offer a 100-year warranty if they don't ever plan on honoring it. The day I had the stripes installed, the owner was telling me how he had just acquired the shop and how he was trying to build trust in the new ownership. Well so much for that. Just as I had praised them for a job well done last year, this time around I have to be honest with Yelpers and warn you that Wrap One does not honor warranties.

Was satisfied with the results. Great work and are willing to work around your budget. GL450 chrome delete. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Wrap One #byron

I needed a wrap for my new company shuttle and after getting quotes from four vendors that we're all very close in price I chose Wrap One. I'm sure glad I did. Alex and crew went above and beyond with their craftsmanship and customer service in providing a very high quality wrap. Heads turn as we drive our shuttle down the street and that's exactly what we wanted. It turned out so well that I'm thinking of adding a wrap to our facility's windows.

Wrap One really helped me out! I tried them because of the reviews and client list on their website. They have great communication, via emails texts and phone calls. I got to see how the process worked. And they really did exactly what I was hoping for and within 5 min after leaving the shop after I got my car wrapped, I started getting phone calls. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others:)

I've had two experiences with The Design Pit, the first being to design a soda can and the second was to polish up a logo. The first time, after six weeks of back and forth, and I think around 250+ dollars of investment, we ended up getting nowhere and I had to ask for a refund. The staff was nice, however the mockup I sent and the result didn't match even a little and it had taken weeks and weeks of correspondence for nothing. The most recent time was trying to polish up a logo for my company. Let me walk you through the timeline, so around 10:30AM I had sent my mockups, I got a response back fairly quickly and was told it should take about an hour a $60 per hour, perfectly reasonable. I sent everything in at 11:30. At 1:30 (2 hours later) I had gotten a response asking for more materials to help finish up the process. Another whole hour passes by and I was asked to provide another form of the material which I had provided. Then at 3:00 (3 and a half hours after the initial send in) I get a response that its finally finished and was sent an invoice at $70 dollars along with the notice that I would get a follow up link to pay. I was already annoyed that it had taken around 3 times as long as first implied but whatever things happen you know, they might have delays or extra orders and I do my best to be understanding to that. I responded to the invoice email within ONE minute asking for the link to pay them. No response. I then followed up 15 minutes later. No response. I then followed up again an hour later. No response again. Lastly I sent and email the NEXT morning asking for just a link to pay. And sure enough, no response. TheDesignPit has no phone number or even hours on their website so I had to drive down there (30 minute drive) to get a few PDFs emailed to me. Went I got down there they told me they were closed on Fridays in summer but they'd do it anyway. Now I'm really not one to be stingy, however I was told that I'd have my designs in an hour at 11:30, and I had to go down there on my own almost a whole 24 hours later to get my completed design. If I hadn't gone down there, my finished product would've just sat there for two extra days, when it took all around 10 minutes for them to email me the PDF while I was there. I still had to pay the full $70 which I found a bit ridiculous being that their service took 24x previously implied, and I had to drive down there. I wasn't about to demand a lower price due to the time constraint I was on, however I feel as though they definitely should've lowered it significantly, or at least issue a small refund. I'm happy to pay, but part of what I payed for wasn't just the product, but also the service. And they weren't exactly joyed or apologetic in the slightest to get me my logo while I was there. TheDesignPit does good work, and they are a group of talented designers, the main issue seems to be purely based on organization and promptly answering lines of communication. I really wanted to enjoy their business as to why I went a second time despite being disappointed the first time. But nothings changed so for those reasons I won't be coming back.
