My old sign was not installed correctly and had a lot of bubbles and creases.They printed and installed the new sign within 5 days of me first contacting them. It is high quality and looks great on my store window. Also installation took less than 30 mins. But the 2nd time wasn't so great. At a later time I called Fastsigns to install a new can store sign for my business. After telling me what I needed, they said they would call me back to arrange for the sign set up but never did. Also they quoted me about $1,000 for this sign, which I ended up getting for less than half at another place.

I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.
