I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. Since two of them were minors, I had to take them out of school for the passport appointment. Since it wasn't feasible to take them out of school again and schedule another appointment, I opted to get the photo retaken at the office. I reached out to get a refund on the rejected photo, but received a "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't provide a refund..." response. Sure, they did offer to retake the photo or credit for another passport photo, but it's just not feasible nor does it make sense. What should someone do? Take more time off work/school to attend another appointment due to the product provided being sub par? Not a bad place to ship packages or have a mailbox, but their customer service has zero compassion.
