I decided to go with 30% tint on the driver and passenger side windows so I wouldn't have any trouble seeing at night. For the rear windows, I went with 5% to give it a more private look. I left the trunk window as it is for safety, since Wranglers already come with a factory tint from the start. The two-man team worked together, and the whole process was finished in about an hour. I could tell right away they are real experts in this field. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, and more importantly, the results look great. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

Team was nice to accept my appointment request last minute and communication was great…read more However, I reached out initially for an oil spill on my car seat. I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Edit: For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied.
