Luis is awesome!!! I bought some black out covers for my Rav4 Hybrid headlights and couldn't figure out how to install. I brought them in and turns out I purchased the wrong ones . . .Luis made some, the way I was hoping to do the black out, plus installed them and didn't charge me extra!!! He gave me advice on the different materials and told me what to expect and worked with me to get what I wanted . . . Rare to find that these days . . . I got some chrome black out and he gave me tips on how to do the install myself. I'm getting all my custom stuff from him from as long as I can. If you live near his shop it's so worth it to go visit him. If not call him. He's great!

Hey everyone!!! I currently own a 2018 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and since the day I purchased it I was in the hunt for a place that can do Rally racing stripes on my Charger, and let me tell you I search for 6 months. Looking for a company that does an excellent job like if the vehicle would be their own, And finally I came across JDMFV through instagram by a previous customer of theirs, and I was extremely impressed of there work, so I contacted them and not only was JDMFV the best price out their but there attention to detail for the customers vehicle is outstanding. I'm really pleased for the job JDMFV did on my Charger Scat Pack. So if anyone is in the market for any kind of car graphics, you will not be disappointed, contact JDMFV and you will see that it was the best choice you ever made.

Took my son's car to get his roof wrapped in Gloss Black! I got there a little early for my appointment but was helped right away. The job itself took less than an hour and a half. The work was amazing and was exactly what my son wanted. My son was supposed to take it, but was unable to do it as he's oversees. He is very happy. Place was clean and the guy, I didn't get his name, was nice. I felt very comfortable being there. As a woman, sometimes these kind of places aren't always comfortable, but definitely felt comfortable here. My son wants his spoiler done next, so we will be back! If you're looking to get your car wrapped, look no further, this is your spot!

My boyfriend just got his WRX wrapped and he could not be happier with the results! The owner was very friendly, communicated well before and during the wrap, and definitely made us feel comfortable and confident in leaving the car with him. Fast forward a few days to when we get to pick up his car..... and it's perfect!! It is everything my boyfriend could have imagined!! So I'm back at it again with Luis and JDMFV. I've been a fan of his work and this time I came for a update on my door handle wraps along with my rear valance which was crashed into by a driver on the freeway. After not getting it done correctly by the collision shop I brought it here to Luis and jdmfv. Although I had come for a partial hood wrap update I changed plans and only went with this instead. I always come to Luis due to his quality of work and attention to detail and good pricing even though it's a drive from where I live. It's been a couple weeks since I got my car back and I think it's enough time to make a fully realized review. I emailed for a quote to do a full wrap on my car, got a reply promptly within 24 hours, was told i would need to put at least $500 down for a deposit to schedule an appointment. I came in the next day to put down my time slot and my deposit. Dropped off the car on 06/30, it took 8 days to do my car due to a small unexpected but fixable issue with my car. He quoted me 7 calendar days to do the full wrap by the way. Picked it up on 7/8 and it was just as amazing as I had envisioned it. He asked if it was ok to post stories/updates on his instagram of my car, only because I wanted to keep it "under wraps" lol of what I was doing, but I said ok as long as he didn't tag me in them, and even though I saw story updates, i was still happily surprised with the results. I couldn't be happier with his work and dedication to getting the job both done on time and with the quality you'd expect from a shop his size. I easily recommend people to go to him for any wrap job, big or small. read more

Came in and purchased an emblem overlay for a rav 4. I ended up messing up when trying to apply it myself and came in again the next day to purchase another. Took my car to get some PPF on the hood scoop and rear wing, guy said it will look better after 24 hrs, it still looks bad, air bubbles everywhere, on top if that he dented my hood somehow putting too much pressure is my guess, and I asked to remove the emblems, well when he took one off he scratched my paint like come on, you are the professional here, I could of took my time and done it properly but thats what I get, so yeah I don't even want to bother them fixing it because they might dent something else. read more

I decided to get more work done on the front grill of my Subaru Outback after having the chrome delete done around my windows at JDMFV. Their pricing is very reasonable and I also mentioned to Luis that a small amount of chrome was showing in the back corner of the car and he offered to re-wrap that area no questions asked. I have a few more areas on my car I need wrapped and plan to come back again soon. Great service and quality work. read more

Awesome work, my first time getting my car wrapped from Luis was definitely not the last. He added style and uniqueness to my Impreza so it looks like no other. I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.
