I reached out to 9 Livery for some help getting a wrap made that would be placed on the lid of a large wooden Victorian tool chest. I was impressed that as soon as my email inquiry was sent, I had a reply from Cat in less than an hour. I worked with her through the whole project, and she was incredibly helpful recommending the right materials, giving tips for installation and even handled getting the wrap shipped off to another state. Pricing was extremely fair, and quality looked great from the post-production photos I was sent. So thankful 9Livery was able to help get this project done! read more

Well now. I usually don't leave reviews. However I have to here. I went into this completely blind. How to order, measure for decals my trailer. Cat was who I was working with for the most part. She got me through everything one step at a time. Everything went perfect. I got the product and was going to try to install it myself. I realized there is no way I can do it. Cat had a couple of her technicians out to my place within a few days. They were awesome as well. Got it done in a timely manner and were very professional. Alls I can say is they are my go to place for all my wraps and decal needs.~ Matt M read more

I had been following this company for a few years before finally deciding to use their services. Their Instagram videos showcased impressive work, including a beautifully done Mustang with flawless racing stripes, which set my expectations high. I was confident they would deliver the same level of quality for a simple job like basic racing stripes. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of work is subpar at best. The stripes weren't even centered, the cutouts are so poorly done that it was worse than when we brought it in. If you can see on the pictures, the cuts were non consistent. some were straight, some were curved, but the majority of it was crooked. For how much we paid, it wasn't worth it. To make matters worse, they damaged my car's grill. When I reached out to them, they denied ever removing the grill. However, whether they removed it or not is irrelevant--the fact remains that the grill came back damaged. A plastic piece that connects to a clip was broken, meaning the entire grill now needs to be replaced. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: never trust a company solely based on Instagram photos or perfect reviews. If you look at the pictures I've posted, you'll see the harsh reality of what you might actually get with this company. read more

We picked up by Mercedes Sprinter Van from 9Livery in Orange, CA today with a brand new business wrap and we couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their team provided exceptional service. The design process was smooth. Cat handled the design process and she was patient, she took the time to understand our vision. She produced several proofs and iterations of the design until it was exactly how we wanted it. Rob and his team performed the installation and it was excellent. With vehicle wraps there are always minor tweaks follow up work after installation and 9Livery handled the follow up work with ease and a smile. Their attention to detail is top-notch. Not only does my vehicle now stand out on the road, but I also feel confident that the wrap will last thanks to their high-quality materials. We received several quotes and their pricing is very competitive so we decided we are going to wrap three of our vehicles with them. I highly recommend 9Livery. Rob and Cat were amazing and did an incredible job on my mustang. From the design process on the board to the final product they provided their input and guidance in helping me achieve not only my vision for the car but something that would stand out and be a unique colored wrap compared to what's already out there. The amount of attention and detail was much appreciated and the months of prepping, numerous renders, and late hours of work done clearly shows their passion for this industry and most importantly their customers. You can't find that anywhere and that's what makes them truly one of a kind. Consider me a long time customer! TLDR: Cat and Rob of 9Livery is the place to go for your wrapping needs! I really wanted to change things up. I thought about a full wrap. But for some reason I thought PARTIAL WRAP. I reached out to 3 companies. 9livery was #3 to respond. Quickly was able to meet with them and feel out the vibe for what I wanted. Cat! Rob! (Shout out to Shawn too who was def behind the scenes as well) Super friendly and welcoming. I was super nervous about doing this partial wrap. But they explained how it works, from start to beginning. One thing they did warn me about is that the concepts do not give the actual wrap justice. Very good communication skills, always kept me in the loop. As you can see, they were right! The process was super cool. You do have to pay a fee to get concepts going. That's fine. But it was so cool I got like 5-6 concepts and just picked my top 2 and yeah added the tweaks I wanted to see to the concepts. This all didn't happen over night so you gotta be patient, flexible with the process. There are no short cuts with these guys! Every detail is accounted for. I kid you not. I literally cannot rave, praise and thank them enough. 2020 was a shitty year for all, but these guys made my 2021 even better but making me fall all over in love with this car again. Life is short, get a partial wrap. I feel like you can so much more with it. Theyll def tell you. These guys are legit!!!! Support local businesses guys. They won't let you down. Cat! Rob! Shawn! I owe you guys dinner! read more

This photo is old! But I still wanted to leave a review for the team at 9Livery. I wanted to do something special for my daughter for her 2nd birthday. We decided to shop around a few body shops and paint shops to see if they could customize my daughter toy Maserati Power Wheel. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Cat and even felt a little special when their head installer Robert came out from the shop just to talk about the process of customizing plastic. Needless to say they are an amazing company and took on the project! I know it was a little unusual for someone to ask about wrapping a powerwheels! But still, they treated me with respect and offered A1 service! I highly recommend 9Livery for anyone who is on the fence! From a business owner standpoint or point of view, I wanted to shed light to let everyone understand the importance of supporting small businesses or a network of businesses. These businesses can come together and build one huge entity. Let me tell you the horror stories that I went through on my company show truck with dealing with non-educated or non-experience vinyl wrap guys that promises a whole bunch and in turn screwed up my truck paint drastically. I had someone come to my business to wrap the truck after we had the paint correction on the truck and let me tell you it's a black very shiny truck. I scheduled him in to wrap it after we provided full teardown and the material, all he had to do was just wrap it. He messed up several times where we had to go get more material. Then the worst case thing that I found out after I had to replace a couple panels of rap that failed that he had put a knife directly to my paint. So we had to repaint the truck and wait almost 3 months to re-wrap it. I have gone to 9Livery for a lot of us other jobs that I needed their expertise to make us decals and other things for some of our customer vehicles. I immediately brought the truck to them so that they can give me a quote and how bad it to re-wrap it. We had to get this done because it had to make it to my main sponsors photo shoot so that's why I contacted them. Their prices were extremely fair even on a customer to business basis let alone business to business. But at this point I was not concerned about price but I was more concerned about getting it done correctly and let me tell you, Kat and Rob are such a dynamic duo in their wrapping industry. A lot of people complimented my truck and thought that it was paint but I had to explain to them that it was a final wrap. I not only recommend these couple and there's business but I stand behind them and will continue giving them all of my business when it comes to any needs for decals, graphics, vehicle wraps I trust them with it all. So please review the pictures and just don't take my word for it. Come talk to them and you will not be disappointed because you definitely get what you pay for. Thank you so much guys!!! Can't wait for the new color and design!!! read more
