I had been following this company for a few years before finally deciding to use their services. Their Instagram videos showcased impressive work, including a beautifully done Mustang with flawless racing stripes, which set my expectations high. I was confident they would deliver the same level of quality for a simple job like basic racing stripes. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of work is subpar at best. The stripes weren't even centered, the cutouts are so poorly done that it was worse than when we brought it in. If you can see on the pictures, the cuts were non consistent. some were straight, some were curved, but the majority of it was crooked. For how much we paid, it wasn't worth it. To make matters worse, they damaged my car's grill. When I reached out to them, they denied ever removing the grill. However, whether they removed it or not is irrelevant--the fact remains that the grill came back damaged. A plastic piece that connects to a clip was broken, meaning the entire grill now needs to be replaced. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: never trust a company solely based on Instagram photos or perfect reviews. I really wanted to change things up. I thought about a full wrap. But for some reason I thought PARTIAL WRAP. I reached out to 3 companies. 9livery was #3 to respond. Quickly was able to meet with them and feel out the vibe for what I wanted. Cat! Rob! (Shout out to Shawn too who was def behind the scenes as well) Super friendly and welcoming. I was super nervous about doing this partial wrap. But they explained how it works, from start to beginning. One thing they did warn me about is that the concepts do not give the actual wrap justice. Very good communication skills, always kept me in the loop. As you can see, they were right! The process was super cool. You do have to pay a fee to get concepts going. That's fine. But it was so cool I got like 5-6 concepts and just picked my top 2 and yeah added the tweaks I wanted to see to the concepts. This all didn't happen over night so you gotta be patient, flexible with the process. There are no short cuts with these guys! Every detail is accounted for. I kid you not. I literally cannot rave, praise and thank them enough. 2020 was a shitty year for all, but these guys made my 2021 even better but making me fall all over in love with this car again. From a business owner standpoint or point of view, I wanted to shed light to let everyone understand the importance of supporting small businesses or a network of businesses. These businesses can come together and build one huge entity. Let me tell you the horror stories that I went through on my company show truck with dealing with non-educated or non-experience vinyl wrap guys that promises a whole bunch and in turn screwed up my truck paint drastically. I had someone come to my business to wrap the truck after we had the paint correction on the truck and let me tell you it's a black very shiny truck. I scheduled him in to wrap it after we provided full teardown and the material, all he had to do was just wrap it. He messed up several times where we had to go get more material. Then the worst case thing that I found out after I had to replace a couple panels of rap that failed that he had put a knife directly to my paint. So we had to repaint the truck and wait almost 3 months to re-wrap it. I have gone to 9Livery for a lot of us other jobs that I needed their expertise to make us decals and other things for some of our customer vehicles. I immediately brought the truck to them so that they can give me a quote and how bad it to re-wrap it. We had to get this done because it had to make it to my main sponsors photo shoot so that's why I contacted them. Their prices were extremely fair even on a customer to business basis let alone business to business. But at this point I was not concerned about price but I was more concerned about getting it done correctly and let me tell you, Kat and Rob are such a dynamic duo in their wrapping industry. A lot of people complimented my truck and thought that it was paint but I had to explain to them that it was a final wrap. I not only recommend these couple and there's business but I stand behind them and will continue giving them all of my business when it comes to any needs for decals, graphics, vehicle wraps I trust them with it all.
