Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

We reached out to Arnold for a pre-purchase inspection. While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. When I pressed him for his honest opinion, he said he personally wouldn't buy it at the listed price but if we negotiated it lower, then it might be worth considering. That level of honesty is RARE. They are your small local auto shop but I would choose them over any flashy, grandiose service center any day. Their integrity and transparency make them stand out. I called less than a week ago and got my car back with quality work and care within 36 hours. I don't think anybody else in OC can do this or beat their pricing (if someone else beats their pricing it's because its not 3M wrap). In short, I had to get it completely redone by a reputable company I lost $4200 from Damian and I asked nicely to get the money back and he refused to do so. I even offered a payment plan and he still refused. I got in touch with the owner of the facility which Damian rents a space for to facilitate. Nothing has happened and I gave him grace of about four months. At this point, I have no choice, but to move further and take him to small claims court for the damages and cost of new vinyl wrap. The carbon fiber wing to my vehicle also fell off because the adhesive was not properly reapplied. Few years back, he did a full 3M Wrap and it looked like paint. They don't cut corners on the corners lol. No ore cut crap that doesn't protect the edges of the paint. They have also done ceramic coating and blackout kits on my cars in the past.
