Took my Tesla model s here for a chrome delete and he did a really good job! It came out perfectly and he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met at a good price. He got the job done in a timely manner and this would be the spot I'd recommend for friends n family to get any wraps/chrome delete! Thanks again

Just picked up a pre owned Tesla Model S and pre owned Tesla Model X. After reviewing Ghostly Auto's work, I brought them in for gloss black chrome deletes, to mimic the brand new Model S and Model X style. They turned out phenomenal. I am so glad I came to Ghostly autos. Great communication, the job was done to the highest standards, and at a good price. The results speak for themselves!

Looked spectacular when it was finished!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I needed some vinyl to cover up my roof. Other companies were afraid to take it on because the top coat was flaking pretty badly. I'm very happy with the job they did and great pricing.

Researched a few places to get my new Tesla Model Y and found Ghostly Auto to be the best value. I spoke with Dannte to schedule a timeframe and he was actually able to complete the work 3 days early. Dannte was super responsive before I brought the car in and was really helpful with recommendations. When I brought it in they gave me regular updates on their progress. The work looks great and I'd highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a wrap.

After researching auto wrap shops, paint protection film specialists, and vinyl wrap experts, I chose Dependable Guys, and it was absolutely the right decision. Arson and his team did an incredible job matching my 3M Satin Dark Grey Wrap. Satin finishes are notoriously difficult to blend, especially on a Tesla, but the color match and texture are flawless. The repaired areas are completely seamless and indistinguishable from the original wrap. What really sets Dependable Guys apart is their combination of quality, speed, and professionalism. They completed the entire wrap repair the same day without compromising craftsmanship. That level of efficiency is rare in the auto wrap and collision repair space. The customer service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. Arson took the time to explain the process, set clear expectations, and delivered exactly as promised. If you are looking for Tesla wrap repair, vinyl wrap services, paint protection film, or high-end color matching, I highly recommend Dependable Guys. This is easily one of the best auto wrap shops I have worked with. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

I chose black because it matches the car better and looks more sleek I'd definitely recommend these guys - they do a lot more stuff so check them out.

Steve and his team at this shop in Cypress, California, exemplify the level of customer service, quality of work, and overall experience that I've been pushing for decades. Informative, communicative, and hard-working, they even showed genuine positivity and strong teamwork while I was waiting for my ride. This creates a functional, happy team, which always leads to better service for the customer--as well as better profits. My brother-in-law has used them in the past and enjoyed the service with Steve. Steve is a testament to what's possible in the United States with hard work, grit, and a commitment to providing exceptional service and quality repairs. While visiting my daughter here, from Virginia, she mentioned that she wanted her windows tinted to block out some of the UV rays and gain a little anti-gawker privacy at stop lights. My options for window tinting were explained professionally and thoroughly by Steve. The pricing was very fair, and Steve and his team even threw in a couple of extra touches--like re-adhering parts of the fender--that had nothing to do with what I originally requested. I highly recommend that folks patronize businesses like this so that less-than-stellar shops can see the "it" factor these folks have.

I had been following this company for a few years before finally deciding to use their services…read more Their Instagram videos showcased impressive work, including a beautifully done Mustang with flawless racing stripes, which set my expectations high. I was confident they would deliver the same level of quality for a simple job like basic racing stripes. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of work is subpar at best. The stripes weren't even centered, the cutouts are so poorly done that it was worse than when we brought it in. If you can see on the pictures, the cuts were non consistent. some were straight, some were curved, but the majority of it was crooked. For how much we paid, it wasn't worth it. To make matters worse, they damaged my car's grill. When I reached out to them, they denied ever removing the grill. However, whether they removed it or not is irrelevant--the fact remains that the grill came back damaged. A plastic piece that connects to a clip was broken, meaning the entire grill now needs to be replaced. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: never trust a company solely based on Instagram photos or perfect reviews. If you look at the pictures I've posted, you'll see the harsh reality of what you might actually get with this company.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana!
