Our church had a 40th Anniversary celebration and decided to have shirts printed. We had white shirts that needed a design on both front and back sides. We actually were going to print with another company however, the communication was not 100. So, we looked for other print shops and stumbled on Sanbon. The great reviews here pushed me to contact them right away. I sent the request on a Saturday night around 11pm. Robin replied back within a few minutes, and might I add wayyyy past business hours, BUT he was able to communicate everything I needed to know for an easy printing process. The next day, he already sent me the final price per each shirt and A MOCK of how the shirts would look like with the design we sent. HOW DID WE GET SUCH GREAT SERVICE WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS?! Due to the last minute request, he did suggest a waterbase print instead of oilbase, which we were totally okay with. Granted, our shirts were white with neutral font colors, but we were ecstatic that our budget was met with their quote. Shirts were dropped off Monday at noon and since we had children sizes that ranged from youth to infant Robin was cool enough to explain how the design will look on the smaller sizes, loved that he was very informative about that! so, after the drop off... get this, THE SHIRTS WERE FINISHED THAT EVENING! We picked up the shirts the next day on Tuesday. Once we picked up our shirts, they looked great. We are super happy with the experience from start to finish and can't wait to use them again for our future printing orders. Here's a photo sample of the design (it's on kid's shirt though). I'm sure it's a case by case depending on how many shirts you have to have had them printed so quickly but, we've dealt with other businesses before and SanBon was great and showed us they put their customers first. Sanbon has worked with our college organization for years and continues to work with us for our annual club t shirts and windbreakers/zip ups/etc. We primarily communicate with Robin, but their whole team seems to be fantastic as well. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 87/100 I ordered custom T-shirts online, but at the last minute was told by the company they couldn't make my shirt. I searched around for a local place as I really needed to have these done before a trip. Robin at Sanbon was the only one who replied quickly and did not have a minimum order requirement. As his hours are pretty limited and I work during the week, I did most of the legwork over email. Since I didn't have time to bring in blank T-shirts, I went ahead and picked tshirts from the website that he purchases from. It was a little confusing because he had told me that the shirts had to be made of mostly cotton, but most of the shirts on the website that he buys for him are not. I ended up upgrading to one of the more expensive T-shirts because it was made out of 100% cotton. When I went to pick up the three T-shirts two days before my trip, they didn't look exactly the way I wanted, but I was reasonably pleased and was prepared to give him a five star review because he had answered my many many questions so patiently over email. When I got home, I washed the T-shirts alone in my expensive washer on the regular cycle, cold water only, the same way I wash all my clothes. When I took them out of the washer, I was shocked to find that the hem had unravelled. I sent Robin an email with a photo. He emailed back stating that this was a manufacturer issue and that I could bring it back in and he could see what the T-shirt company could do. There was no apology or any attempt to take responsibility for the the defective tshirts. Yes, he didn't make the T-shirt itself but he recommended it and sold it to me. In addition, he was fully aware I needed the shirts for a trip and that my work hours were incompatible with his office hours, so basically the email was a complete brush off. I didn't expect a refund or replacement tshirt (since it was already printed on), so if he had only taken a more apologetic approach, I would have just let it go and maybe even used his services again in the future. One of the things I'm in charge of this upcoming Fall 2018 Rush was our flyers. As a first year active, I was worried of making mistakes that would be seen by many. From removing the manufacturer's neck tag and applying my own neck tag design, to mixing screen printed designs with DTG photo designs all in one shirt. So, I had planning for a bachelor party dropped on me last minute and had to scramble to get everything set up. I had previously wanted to make shirts but in the hectic scramble to plan everything I had forgotten about it until only a few days left. I asked around for some help and this shop was mentioned. The shirts are high quality and soft so they are super comfortable and should last a really long time. The colors and images came out great and the printing looks to be thick and durable so I'm not worried about the images cracking and falling apart. This review is long overdue. Sanbon is my go-to place when needing to get Direct to Garment (DTG) shirts printed. It is so easy to place an order via email. Robin is always very responsive and helpful. Sanbon does single shirt orders (and you won't get an attitude or upsell if you're just trying to have one shirt made.)
