After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

We stopped by at least three or four times, and each visit, she offered thoughtful advice and tips, never rushing us. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right. Came here for a legit check on Travis Scott 1 lows. The seller got there before me and had them…read more"legit checked" by the employee behind the counter. When I arrived he said they checked out but the seller did not bring the box so I told the seller to get the box. The seller took the shoes with him to get the box and I actually followed him to his car because I didn't want him to switch the shoes out for a fake pair "after they had been legit checked." When I got to the seller's car, I looked at the box and the tissue paper was off. It was too thin compared to legit pair which I have from SNKRS. That was the first thing. Secondly the sticker inside the box (MDY green/white sticker) was off. 3rd and final straw, I had my own UV light and I lit the shoe up and there was a signature from the fake manufacturer (a stamp) on the cream midsole, and there was etchings that glowed under blacklight of where the reverse swoosh logo should go. Because of my due diligence, I did not buy the shoes even after the employee said it was legit. I then went back up to the shop and asked the employee who "legit checked" the Travis lows and asked him what he checked since I wasn't there. He said the laces looked legit and it just looked legit overall. I asked him if he took out a real pair to compare it with or put it under blacklight and he said no... When I told him there was a stamp on the midsole from the replica manufacturer and stenciling that appeared under blacklight for the reverse swoosh, the employee deflected and said a lot of pairs have factory flaws and proceeded to take of his Travis Scott Highs and show me the QR code under the tongue of one shoe and say the other side doesn't have it, trying to convince me there are lots of flaws. I would never come back here for a legit check as they do not properly check the shoe like other consignment shops around the area.

I've been coming to this Lids store for probably 15+ years and have never really had any issues…read more The store is kind of small and it can get packed real quick especially around the holiday time when everyone descends on the mall. Overall they usually have a good selection, but since my favorite sports teams are considered the secondary teams in the area they usually do not carry a lot of options for me. I have never really had any issue with service, it's just hats and their have what you want or they don't. Things can sell out quick, like some of the Dodgers WS hats, but they are always good about referring you to the Lids website or helping you search at another store location.
