Hello, This was at the fashion Q plus (which is right in…read morefront of the store) I wanted to let everyone know that I'm not trying to make them run out of business. I actually love their clothes there unfortunately I think I'll just shop online from now on, but I love going in person. I love shopping. I love checking out the new outfits they have, however Not once but twice this incident has happened. I'm not sure if she's the manager of the place or the owner of the place but one day I was trying to get a dress from top of the rack and I asked if the lady can help me reach it from the top rack she said, of course she went over and tried to help me, however, when she asked me about the size, I said XL she looked up and down at me and said oh, but you're a 3XL you're not a one XL . Due to my medical condition obviously I cannot lose weight. Sometimes I lose weight sometimes I gain weight and I cannot control unfortunately, this lowered my self-esteem of going shopping in person every time I go to the store I worry if they will judge me again. that's the only place I know that has a plus size store this happened again this weekend. I wanted to try on some cute shorts for myself and I thought that I gained some weight and I thought I was a three XL I came out of the dressing room and I let the lady know that unfortunately I will still continue looking for another size because they were too big for me. She looked at me up and down and said "too big ?" and a surprised look. I honestly felt super uncomfortable after that and I left the store. I didn't say anything, but I left the store. I didn't wanna buy anything anymore and I didn't wanna go to any other stores. I felt ashamed. Also, they do follow me around the store as if I'm going to steal something. I'm not gonna steal anything literally trying to have a me time moment. And they seem to follow me around. I brought my niece one day and she is covered in tattoos. and they were really close to us keeping an eye out on what we were grabbing what we were touching. I get it you want to protect the store, but you have to do it and non-obvious way I felt super uncomfortable. She felt uncomfortable. We left the store. If you wanna stop at the store I highly suggest doing it online.

They have a big parking structure, that is constantly packed with people. There is a constant flow of people coming in and out. When I come here, I enjoy looking at the Korean snack store that recently just expanded. You can get instant noodles and pay for the hot water so you can eat it there! This store is also a souvenir store. Besides this place, the source has fashion stores, bakeries, coffee, pastries, golf, a kid's play center, and more food! Like malls do, they also have a Photo Booth area. Prices vary per shop, but everything is reasonable. The source is cool because it's where small businesses can advertise themself, and Korean culture can thrive. They have a mini night life here alongside celebrating the love of kpop, cosmetics, skincare, and food! I've heard that this place was always hip and fun, and I'm hoping the current reputation exceeds expectations in the near future with all the changes they've been doing!

The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star.
