When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I was very picky about my placements and designs but they cooperated with me and they even showed me a mock up of the shirt before they started. They were very fast producing and shipping the shirts and also their prices were very reasonable. Before I got the shirts, there was a technical malfunction with the shipping sticker and I received a fee for it. I contacted Legends Worldwide and they apologized and sent me the money to pay the fee! I am VERY satisfied with the end product and will definitely be coming back here if I need more shirts!
