I ordered to have the embroidery done for my kids' parka, specifically asked for a certain fonts for different kids. They promised me that it should be done by Thursday (3 days after I dropped the parkas off). I came in Thursday and she said it's not ready because she thought it was Friday so she promised me that it will be done by Friday. When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

I had the embroidery done for my graduation sash and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The stitching was super clean, the design looked exactly how I designed it, and everything felt really high-quality. Highly recommend Elizabeth if you're looking for something meaningful and well-made! read more

Many years ago, I received a gift for Christmas that I needed changed. It was a large, fluffy white bathrobe and It had my first and last name on it. I did not like that my last name was on it. The owner of the store was able to take out the stitching on my last name and put a beautiful flower instead. It looks fantastic. I was thinking about donating it to charity, but now I want to keep it. While I was there to pick it up, several clients came in at the same time. The owner not once lost her "cool" as she tried to help each of us. I that that was very professional and I respect that in a store owner. I was very happy with the service here. read more

I used to be a frequent patron of this location, when they were Things Remembered. I was sad when TR shut down but am so grateful that this shop exists as a replacement. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Liz and Theresa! I had to get a couple of acrylic awards custom made for an event that my department is hosting for our retired faculty. Liz and Theresa gave me tons of options and guided me through the process every step of the way, from pricing to style to fonts. They were even able to help with engraving my department's logo on the awards. They provided proofs before moving forward and the finished products are just gorgeous. The turn around time was super fast too! I bought a name bar for a friend too; she just got tenure and I decided she needed it for her desk at work. Thank you, Liz and Theresa, you are amazing! Would highly recommend. read more

This place is located next to Chuze/JcPenny on the 2nd floor. It was good as far as price. However, it takes quite some time to get name/title on a lab coat (I was quoted 6 days). I guess maybe because of the holidays. They open later around this time (8pm) not as what yelp states. read more

I had a really rushed order for embroidery on caps. They were really friendly and accommodating of my order and the caps looked great and were done within 4 days (if not less). I got them for a great price and everything was super high quality. Definitely will come back for the same caps again! read more

The customer service is wonderful. I had my jacket done for my wedding and wasn't exactly happy with how it turned out, I didn't say much because I figured there was nothing they could do about it. On my way home I received a call from the lady who offered to re-do it for me. She was so sweet and wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted for my day. I am so happy with the results. Will definitely come back! read more

My colleagues and I were desperately searching for a local embroidery shop to do polos for our employees at work and I happened to come across Pro Embroidery online. From the first phone call, Lizette and her team have been very responsive and diligent; customer service qualities I rarely experience these days! Also, Lizette's pricing was the best and I'm so glad we decided to choose her for our project because she put in so much effort to make the embroidery to our satisfaction. We have other projects for our company and we are already working with Lizette. Thank you very much Lizette and your team for the wonderful work you do! Much appreciated! read more

Gave two as they did have something we wanted. Should have given zero as we stood around and was looking for ourselves for the item my lady seen before in the store and the chick did not even say hi, hello, anything. She was on her phone and walked right past us. Hmmmmm. Not to say we are super important just a customer. read more

Did not complete the task. Specifics were given I completely regret coming here. Price and quality do not match up.

I've had several clothing items embroidered and I have to say they all turned out fantastic. We got lots of compliments at Hockey while sporting our items. This week, I ordered a few more. They were not finished when I was scheduled to pick them up. I mention this because they went above and beyond to rectify that. Ultimately, I got my items before my event. I was thrilled with the level of customer service I got from this shop! I highly recommend getting your items done here. They are friendly, courteous, and really go out of their way to give you what you need. We will definitely be taking more items to get done at this shop! The owner was amazing, and I look forward to doing more business with her! read more

This place is ALL-AROUND AWESOME!!! The staff is very friendly and caring. They take their time with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Turn around time from drop off to pick up is also impressive. Price is most definitely fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to everybody. They embroidered names on my boys new robes for Christmas and I couldn't be any happier how they came out. They had sanitizer available to their customers and wore masks to protect themselves and their customers. To sum it up in one word, they are truly AMAZING!!!
