This is my new GOTO place for screen printing and embroidery. I found them off of yelp because I needed some team uniforms and hats printed locally, because I didn't want to chance an online order with only 2 weeks til our tournament. I gave them plenty of production time, but they finished it all in 2 days. Carlos took meticulous care to make sure to send me proofs 3-4 times to make sure I was happy with the placement of the team name. My order of 20 pieces was so small compared to some of the mega orders they do; custom car wraps, huge scale poster and signs, yet Relevance gave me 100% excellent service and treated me like my order was just as important. Tip: They share a work space with the car wrap company and you have to enter the door printed with a Relevance Ink branded graphic past the fireplace. Don't go to the guy at the glass desk when you walk through the front door. read more

I'm so happy I found this place! I was checking out other embroidery shops and they all wanted to charge about $25 per shirt for a small phrase embroidery, and I was bringing in my own shirts. The reason it was so expensive was because I needed to pay for a set up fee for my graphic. Relevance Ink let me know that my graphic was most likely in Times New Roman font and that they could just type it up since they already have the font set up instead of setting up the image. The total ended up being about $30 total for both shirts! The only thing is the phrase on the smaller shirt seems a little high but that's my fault for not specifying where I wanted the words to go. I love the end result regardless! I really appreciate their honestly and advice. Great customer service, I'll definitely be back. read more

I've ordered from Relevance Ink about 5 times now...I absolutely love this company! I originally selected it because it was close to my shop, but once I had my first experience with Richard and Ruben I was sold. All of their work is literal perfection! I have had them make me several different types of stickers, labels and decals, (which are all made out of the same very durable waterproof material that they wrap cars with), and I have also had them do 4 totally different sets T-shirts for me. I was beyond pleased each and every time at their attention to detail and quality of work. I know nothing about design and printing except that you get what you pay for. I needed a custom made t shirt to be done in a short turnaround time. I used yelp to find the best t shirt places and called a couple of places that had claimed a 1-3 hours turnaround time and they all told me they were swamped and could not fill my request. I then called Relevance Ink and talked to Mike. He told me no problem and we texted back and forth on t shirt design details. I called at 9am and t shirt was completed by 3pm!
