I looked online and found Ink & Think on a Saturday. I called and believe it or not, Reed answered the telephone and told me they were closed, but ask me if I needed something. I explained my situation and he told me to come right down and he would do the work I needed done right then! My husband and I took in the two T-Shirts and Reed completed the work we needed done on the two custom T-Shirts for us. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater.
