I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I looked online and found Ink & Think on a Saturday. I called and believe it or not, Reed answered the telephone and told me they were closed, but ask me if I needed something. I explained my situation and he told me to come right down and he would do the work I needed done right then! My husband and I took in the two T-Shirts and Reed completed the work we needed done on the two custom T-Shirts for us. WOW! is a complete understatement on the professionalism, quality and value that I have received…read morefrom Ivy her team. I am based in Pasadena which is 50 miles away but I do not mind giving Ivy and her team all of my business. They respond to messages late at night and provide you with a digital proof before printing. Their prices are extremely competitive and I didn't even look anywhere else. They delivered the sign on time that far exceeded my expectations. There was a very minor glitch, two additional grommets on the sign that was not called for and didn't really affect the sign at all. Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl!
