I reached out to Sublime Printz on 3/27/2019 and received a reply within a couple of hours. I asked a couple of questions that day and received all the details I needed and showed them the image I wished to use. Chris provided pricing that same day. On 3/28/2019 I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the order as we'd discussed and asked how to initiate payment but did not receive a reply. I have no idea what happened after that, but I can only assume Chris was abducted by aliens or something as once I tried to arrange payment I was completely ghosted. I followed up again on 4/8/2019 and still no word. In all honesty, I hope this Chris person is ok as it's super weird to ghost a customer that attempting to pay you. I have been on a mission for months, finally completed a project I had in mind for years. I create oil paintings, then digitally enhance the image making my pop art look like a cartoon. Chris and his production has not exceeded my expectations with what his printer can do, dark shirt or white. I've been coming to Chris for a few months now, I dropped over $500. Chris becomes very confrontational when you're not excited or impressed by his work and his hidden fees. Chris gave me a quote. That quote became a problem because of amount of ink he was using for my shirts. He then decided on his own to change the design to save some of the ink for his printer. He was very confrontational about his overhead and what his costs were and he made me feel bad for pursuing my business. I had written a very good review but now that he is refusing my service because I told him that it's not right to be confrontational with customers. Supposedly he's about customer service, but my experience with Chris could have been better if maybe his business perhaps wasn't struggling so much and decided on his own to take advantage of his customers and the quality that they were promised. I ordered a shirt from Chris 3 weeks ago, not yet printed. Chris told me that it's better to part ways because I asked about my order. I am very confused with this business owner. After agreeing on quantity and quality of shirts I was about to pay him over the phone, luckily something happened and he had to hang up and "call me back" Since then I never heard back from him I don't really know what happen seems like he had either gone out of business or moved to a different state/ country I first thought it was maybe something about me, but after talking to his business neighbors they mentioned that I was not the only one it happened to. Needed DTG for over 20 pieces for Christmas (yes as in 2 days Christmas) & he personally took care of my order. We wanted to gift shirts this year with my grandparents picture since they both entered Heaven's gates this year. Every piece looks so beautiful just as we imagined they would SUPER AFFORDABLE BTW!! He even took the liberty of enhancing our images so it looked as beautiful printed on the shirt as it looked in the original design.
