Using AI makes this so easy and you can now get amazing presentation with a few clicks, outputting printable PDFs in whatever size you want. After checking around with multiple print shops in the area, I actually found that the best bet was to go to Staples because they had a very good pricing and also very fast turnaround, often the same day in just a few hours. Since that time I've had probably 8 to 10 menu posters made ranging from 16" x 32" to 24" x 36" and they all look amazing. Kudos to Brittany the manager who makes everything so easy. I can now easily make custom menus for every event and catering and personalize them to our specific clients. Couldn't do it without Staples.

The rewards system was a learning process. First, you need a Staples account. Recommend downloading the app. Each ink cartridge you recycle gains you 500 pts. That rate's allowed for up to 6 cartridges per month. After that, it's 100 pts per cartridge in the same month. (So I should've saved my 7th cartridge onwards for next month). Staples website/app doesn't clearly tell you that 200 pts = $1. (That means each cartridge gave me $2.50) (And my 3200 pts translated to $16. And 9 cartridges gets $16.50.) - Staples should just do 100 pts = $1 for simplicity. And clearly declare the exchange rate on their website & app. + The associate was right, the points became usable within 10min. Yippee! . Staples' webpage on their rewards seems outdated.
