Report card: Parking: A- (park in the back if there's no street parking and walk through the cute garden.) it may be packed during peak times. Facility: A+ Once a collection of homes on a busy street, now connected with converted rooms (even the kitchen) into stores. Service: B+ (grade was lowered to to how long it took to acknowledge me. Other customers seemed to be greeted, not sure what the issue was. Once I was noticed, service was gracious. Prices: B- For some of the more common Flag brands, they were slightly higher but they micro-manage the inventory so you may find what you're looking for easier than a box store. They also have a buyer point program.

Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, in my opinion most importantly, not pushy. he let me and my wife take our time sitting in the furniture he had on display so we were sure we were placing an order for something we knew we were going to love long term. both pieces took an inordinately long time to be delivered because of the crap going on at the ports. of course, this isn't Robert Westley's fault. we'll be back as i continue to furnish the house.

The signs for the furniture shops are kinda small. Most furniture shops here has a front and back door. I started checking out shops from "Deco Home", where located right next to the entrance of this shopping mall. So if you took the aisle, you can continuously browse shops from their "back door" I guess. I took bunch of pictures at each shop, so I hope they'll help you. This place is more elegant side with lots of good art works. Lots of sea shells, and beach feelings. Furniture: Simple yet fancy side - good for Malibu beach houses. Art works: They do have some quite interesting pieces. One of the yellow flower paining (check out my pictures) was quite nice, though it costs $2600 (they have a blue one as well). I have a great eye on art and something beautiful. Cushions: Colorful but $200/piece, which isn't so crazy for this industry. Accent pieces: There're many oceanic items - shells, beach stuff. - Conqueror's Deduction - It's a good place to find accent pieces. More "shabby chic" than minimalism.
