Steve really saved the day for me today and I couldn't be more grateful. I work for another sign company out of town and had a crew in the area for just the one day. We discovered we needed a pattern printed for a sign that had to go up today. I found Electricore was close to our job site and called Steve to see if he could help. Excellent same day service to replace a transformer on my neon bar light. Thank-you! Very proffesional work done in a timely manner.

We are so excited we went with Steve and Electricore Signs for wall-mounted logo. We are in a new suite and starting from a blank slate. He walked us through the variety of options and locations to put our logo and in the end, it was absolutely perfect. He sent me his past projects which instilled trust to know I was working with the right guy and company. As a very busy man, he could've easily got in and out. Steve took his time, got to know the company and myself. The dude is a stellar guy producing top-notch signs. I highly recommend him. I actually think there is nothing he cannot do in terms of signage, and he's got the warm personality to make you feel like you made a great choice. These companies are hard to come by. Thanks Steve! read more

Steve was very professional and did excellent work on my outdoor storefront neon sign which is over 45 years old. Steve at Electricore signs is a LIFESAVER! I bought this Neon sign for my husbands birthday yesterday and went home and promptly BROKE it trying to hide it . I called Steve last night at 5pm and he said to bring it in today, it would only take 2-3 days to fix, and gave me a great quote. I just got here less than 30 minutes ago and it's FIXED!!!! He had a spare part in the rafters and was able to fix it on the spot! I am beyond happy with the service, skill, and professionalism. If you have a neon sign that needs repair this is the place to go! Steve also makes custom neon signs.. so I know where to come for next years gift! read more

I live on the Westside of Los Angeles and there are certainly several options close by but I can assure you that driving to Montclair is definitely worth your time for the care, expertise, craftsmanship and professionalism you will receive from Steve at Electricore. I bought this sign that had absolutely no power connected. I found this company on Yelp! Steve worked with me, FaceTimed me, texted me and ultimately came in on a Sunday to fix my light. He's amazing. Don't be put off by the long drive. You can do some shopping in nearby clairemont before or after. You're in excellent hands with electricore! read more

I called up Electricore Signs to see if they could repair a neon sign I had picked up recently. It needed to be reinforced at a number of spots as it's age was cracking the plastic in certain areas. I met with Steve at the shop and he told me exactly what it needed and gave me a couple of options and told me it would be done in a week. He also explained how the more you used the sign the better it would work as the gases needed to flow. A week later, Steve had repaired the sign "better than new" and at the price he quoted me from the first meeting. Highly recommended, he does great work and now I have an awesome neon sign for my garage that will last. read more

Steve gave me a quote and offered 10% off any competitors price. I gave him three high comparable quotes from legitimate competitors and he tried to say that I was lying and using non-licensed competition. I pulled up the California State License Board and sent Steve the active licenses, and then the conversation became that he needed written, signed quotes. It's 2016. I get quotes via email and text. The point is Steve uses unethical practices to get sales. He may also claim that he uses Korean LEDs in his signs. It's bogus. What matters are lumens and UL certification. I've been in this business a long time. A common channel sign is roughly 400$ labor, 400$ materials to produce given average complexity. Steve quoted 4200$ + 450$ round trip fees. I'm asking him to match 2800$ competition quote. If you're OK with doing a small sticker job, or getting ripped off, deal with this guy. If you're doing a serious sign on a serious schedule, AVOID STEVE. Also, he may try to push you to take over a bad restaurant if he find out you're in the business. read more

All I can say is wow!! I have a beer neon sign that a guest at my house who had too much to drink broke. I immediately started to look around for someone who could repair it. I called a few places but I kept getting the run around . I finally messaged Steve and he asked for a picture of my sign to give me a quote. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. I was surprised that he was able to meet me the same day after his shop was closed to get the sign from me. A few days later, just as promised he had my sign ready. I could not get to his place before he closed but once again was nice enough to wait after the shop was closed so I could pick up my sign. I'm really impressed how professional Steve was and how easy it was to do business with him. I have other neon signs and now I know where to go in case I ever have issues with them.
