When I called, they said - oh since we could not send before graduation do you want to cancel it? I really needed items asap - so I still continued the order and asked them to ship items ASAP. However, they decided not to ship me the items by them selves without contacting me - while I am still sitting here and waiting eagerly for the emotional graduation gifts. Our family was not happy at all. When I called them after 10 days of wait, I was told - oh since we missed graduation date - do you want to cancel the order? Basically they neither made nor shipped the order even after me waiting for more than 2 weeks. A friend informed my friends and I that he's moving by the end of the month. With just one week to pull things off before his goodbye party, I was searching all over the internet to get t-shirts made. All of the quotes I got from these online custom shirt companies were crazy high, especially with rush shipping. I put out a Yelp request and luckily, Andrew from Affordable Silk Screen Printing got in touch with me. I have to call out - this was a Sunday and Andrew made sure to get a high quality design from me, texted me back and forth to make sure he was understanding my needs, and giving me all the info I needed to make the decisions. I made the order that Sunday, and it's Wednesday and I have the shirts. Three days later. Extremely reasonably priced and I didn't have to pay for shipping.
