Victor is amazing! And so underrated. I had a last minute (4-day advanced) idea for a birthday gift that required embroidery so I called around to a bunch of places in Los Angeles (because I work there) and the IE (live here) and every place said it would take days! When I called Victor at V7 he literally said "oh it'll take ten minutes you can wait for it"....umm what!? I was skeptical because why such a drastic difference? It's not like any of these places embroider by hand... Anywho I made it out to Victor's location, which is kinda sketch-I'm not gonna lie. He has a spot in the back of a garage that he shares with other businesses so it is not like a store.... but besides that everything else was great! He literally finished my gift in 10 minutes and while I was waiting I came up with an idea for a hat I wanted and Victor literally listened and had my design made up and embroidered a hat for me in about an hour and a half. I was kind of nervous when I was waiting for my hat because we never discussed size of the logo or anything but when it was done it was perfect! He just knows how it'll look good. read more

I am only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 I am in disbelief at the unprofessionalism displayed by Victor, and the "owner of the business/property". Today I accompanied my boss to the location to have a decal placed on her vehicle by one of the companies on site. We placed the order and waited in a second vehicle in the parking lot of the property. About 10-15 minutes after placing our order 3 men, including Victor, came knocking on the window of the vehicle threatening to hold the vehicles we paid to decal for a discrepancy of an order over 7 months ago! These men got in her face yelling, trying to intimidate her to get money they felt they were owed. I was completely taken back that 3 "grown" men would try to harass and intimidate a woman the way that they did. All professionalism out the window. I had to get out of the vehicle and tell them to step back or i would be forced to call the police. They felt they had every right to confiscate a vehicle for an order amount not even worth the tires on it! Long story short the police were called to the property so that we could SAFELY be escorted off with no issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE "MEN" read more

Tried looking for this place and it was too hard to find. There wasn't even a sign for their business.

Victor is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with! I had a very horrible experience with this company and I don't recommend anyone using this company if you expect to get your order correct exactly the way you want it and in the time that you want it. I placed my original order with him in September which he told me would take about 2 weeks to be ready and did not get my order until December. He had to ask me several times to resend him the color quantity and sizes of each item I wanted because he couldn't find where he wrote my order. When I went to pick up my order it wasn't even the right color I asked for. He tried to make it better by telling me to take the incorrect embroidered shirts anyway because they already had my logo embroidered on them and he would order the right ones. Once the correct ones came in he tried to make me pay for the incorrect shirts he told me to take, which I refused to do because it was not my mistake and he told me to take them and never once mentioned I had to pay for them. After several emails back and forth over this issue he constantly changed the amount he wanted me to pay ($200 value) After 6 months went by I returned to location to have a decal put on my truck by another company located in the same building and was approached by Victor and 2 other men who bombarded me about this issue screaming in my face and threatening me and saying would not allow my truck to leave the premises unless I paid for the shirts ($200) I had to call the cops to diffuse the situation because it was 3 grown men against one girl!! Totally unnecessary and unprofessional and immature. read more
