My sister and I submitted this order in person. Initially, Bill said to give him a week. At 2…read moreweeks, I called and got to speak with Bill, he stated that he'll be done with them the next day and insisted he'll call me. No call ever came. At 3 weeks, I called again. Then Bill states, "Oh those have been done and I was waiting for your call." Both conversations were witnessed by my sister. So, I finally picked up my order after 3 weeks and was really disappointed in the quality of work. You can barely read the engraving. They charge $7 per pendant engraving, total of 10 pendants, so $70. I was sooooo disappointed in the quality. Then he offered them for free, which I should have accepted and walked out, but "Bill" did do the work and I didn't feel right at the time not paying anything. So I paid $50. I get home and take a closer look at the pendants, they're all scratched up as if just tossed in a pile of junk. No care was put into this at all. When I dropped off the pendants, they were brand new and in great condition. At that time, I had informed Bill that the pendants are going to hang on my Mother's urn. This is absolutely unacceptable so I will be returning on Monday to get a refund of the $50 dollars PLUS each pendant cost of $8.75 each. $87.50 plus $50. I am due $137.50! Even if they, themselves, purchased the pendants to replace these and redo the engraving, I can no longer trust them. I should have looked into Yelp in the beginning, the 2 previous reviews are quite telling! If they had no experience in doing this type of engraving, they should have owned up to that from the beginning! This was the worst engraving work I have ever seen!!
