As soon as order was put in, quickly contacted for an appointment to go over my order, then another for sizes then a 3rd for placement. I almost ordered the wrong shade of green not only for the jacket but for 6 patches, a name plate and custom back art the first woman helping me caught it by pulling up school to have reference on what I was aiming for to make sure we were happy. I walked away from an original order that was ok... not so sure how to order what I was wanting but this is alright. To omg this is better than I could've imagined.
