This business is beyond Exceptional. I had a rush order I needed done in a three day period. I was suppose to pick it up on Friday, but they never called me. I was upset because I knew they were closed on the weekends. To my surprise the owner came to my house to personally drop off my order! What great customer service. It was such a relief to get my tablecloth in time for my event. Thank you Patterson Print Shop for making your customers feel like they got their money worth. This print shop is truly amazing. My last minute request for a wedding certificate on a papyrus material I provided exceeded expectations. They even customized the original document to fit the odd material I provided at an exceptional price. Due to an unexpected loss within my family I had to have memorial t-shirts printed on very short notice, and after being turned down by 6 other places, Kris took on the rush order and got the job done! He also kept great communication with me during the process which was relieving. The quality of their prints are exceptional as well. Very personable shop that cares about their customers, highly recommended. read more

Loved doing business with this shop! Ordered sweatshirts for 2 little league teams and even when there were a couple of small "hiccups", their customer service went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved in no time. I went here to get my wedding invitations done and unfortunately, we had a few mishaps. However, I am giving them 5 stars and would recommend Patterson print shop because they are professional and they very nicely, made it up to me. A woman there (I think a manager) with short hair and glasses, was super nice and did not give me any grief. They seem to care about their customers a lot and they are very honest (let's be honest, it is hard to find a place with outstanding customer service in the HD). In the end, my invitations came out looking very nice as well. I also found out they have a promo on their Facebook page at the moment so check that out. Also want to say thanks to Patterson for having such a nice lady working there to make me happy. read more

Patterson is efficient and offers fair pricing. Their staff makes sure you're happy and goes out of their way to ensure you're satisfied with their product and service. We had previously used a different company to wrap my business vehicles and their quality came no where close to Pattersons. Recently completed our first order with Patterson Print Shop, it was a large order and somewhat complicated. However, they were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. Lincoln makes the experience fun and his knowledge and experience makes us feel at ease and confident. The shirts are amazing (wearing one right now) and we just cant wait to see what they can do next!! They really can print anything you can think of("If you can think it... They can ink it"), shop here with complete confidence. In the past we ordered everything online, however the prices here are very competitive even with the online printers, and the service as well as the experience can't be beat. They went above and beyond, I can't recommend them enough!!! read more

Yes, we do wraps regularly. We also bought out All Pro Wraps and took their staff on. We use premium material and have done hundreds of wap over the past 10 years.

Owner Robert Burger, owner of Sign Masters is a joke that only plays games. I spoke to him on the…read morephone and he was telling me how he works out of his house and is on dalisis and needs tohe money to pay for medical bills. I sent him some images and he gave me a quote. So we set up a date. I called before traveling 200 miles to ensure he was well, able and willing to keep the appointment. He went on to tell me he didn't have the material to keep the appointment and I should give him the money to pay for him to pick up the materials so he could do the work. He wanted me to meet him at the compay where he buys his materials. I explained i was way tonfar to travel to his suppliers so he simply told me i could pay him on Facebook like everyone does and I wasn't comfortable with it so i told him we would do it next month and asked if he would have material then. Then suddenly he tells me that i have to pay at least half up front. So, i started feeling suspecious and said if he would have material around the beginning of the next month, i would be willing to drive to his house for him to do the work. He again assured me he would have material so we decided on August 7th. I spoke to him once on the phone and he said he had my art and old email address. I called him today, the day before the 2nd appointment, and left a voicemail with my contact info. Then this guy calls me several hours asking for a lady. He hung up so i called him back like 20 times and he kept ignoring my calls. Never did he respond to any of my dozen emails and apparently he's just playing games and trying to take people's money

Patterson printing was the only place that gave my daughter's Samoan design a serious chance. Lincoln took time and listened to her idea. Then gave her awesome info on shirts, screen printing and prices. The customer service is wonderful! I am not left to feel insignificant at all. The redraw of my daughter's design of her Papa's tattoo was great too. We're on our third batch of shirts and a new design which Lincoln helped put together Communication is wonderful! I had heard of Patterson Print Shop several times on the radio and needed a place to make a customized hat. I decided to go in and check it out. The staff was extremely kind and the mock print up was emailed to me the same night that had gone in. I did not expect the service to be that quick, but it was awesome! If you need anything printed, anything at all, go to Pattersons. They deliver the best service with the best product. I'm pretty hard to please as far as quality and outcome of the general print comes out but it's flawless every single time for every single shirt. You're not going to find a better deal than what Lincoln will give you. He goes over and beyond for your needs and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy. Incredible work on team banners! My head coach and I went into the print shop without a design in mind. All we had was our team's information, team name, and team colors and the employees at this print shop came up with a design for our banner. They had a sample design emailed to us in less than 12 hours to get our input, there were a couple simple changes that we wanted made and they had the fixed sample back to us within a couple hours.
